R.P.I.T.
RPIT is a police squad that deals with preternatural crimes. Anita is on retainer with them because of her connections and her knowledge of the supernatural.
The boss is Dolph, a good man and a good cop who always deals with the facts as they come. He will take Anita's word because time and again she has proven true. He might start having problems with her dating the Master of the City so he may become more closed off to Anita in the future. Dolph is a null. (Null meaning without magic of any kind.) As a side note: Dolph is beginning to suspect Anita of bending the law when it comes to suspects and her body count, but he's still her friend and will still help her when she needs it most.
Zerbrowski is a friend of Anita. He's someone she likes to tease and be teased by. At one point he had gotten his insides splashed to the outside by a nasty witch and her pet panther. He has a wife he loves and a fascination with choo-choos on pajamas. Zerbrowski is almost a null. He can make wild leaps of logic that make no sense but prove to be true.
