I have compiled the following predictions from competent consultants who have had good track records in past years.  But keep in mind that no one can predict the future with a 100% accuracy.

The economy will hardly improve this year. It will most likely slow down due to the rapid rise in interest rates. Housing will be weak this year as well as next, as interest rates will climb.

Beware of earthquakes, particularly in the east bay of California.  There will be conflict and war. Another country will be invaded by the US at the end of the year. China will flex its muscle against Taiwan.   Diseases will be plentiful. This will be a year of abnormality. Things that normally do not occur will occur.

Low end housing prices will probably drop by no more than 15%, whereas high end homes will take a beating.

Neither the west nor the east should be disturbed, if it can be avoided.  Any major remodeling in the West or East (som sot) could affect the luck of the occupants if the work is not initiated during the proper timing.  It is not a given that such construction would bring mishaps; just that the probably will be higher since the energy fields have been disturbed. Disturbing the west could result in one's layoff. Disturbing the east at the improper time would result in 3 accidents.

Transportation/travel accidents will be plentiful this year.

The Guardian of the year after February 05 resides in the west direction, which should not be disturbed.  There are 60 Guardians that rotate every 60 years.
