Quinn

Quinn is Daria's younger sister. She is very popular and proud of it. She always fears that Daria will put her popularity at stake, so she tells everyone that Daria is just a cousin. She is cute and pretty stupid. She is also the member of the Fashion Club at Lawndale High. She likes fashion, guys, the mall, parties, and french restaurants. She doesn't like unpopular people, Daria, and people running over animals (that's the popular animals, the unpopular ones don't count).

Helen

Helen is Daria and Quinn's mother. She claims to be a good parent, but is more career-orientated (she's a lawyer). She likes to go shopping for clothes and spicing up her marraige. She doesn't like Daria's negative attitude and her husband Jake's vacant personality.

Jake

Jake is Daria and Quinn's father. He is a marketing consultant. He is often unaware of things going on around him. Jake doesn't have much of a personality or character because whenever he try to say something Helen shuts him up, and whenever Helen says something she makes him agree. At other times, he is simply not paying any attention.

Jane

Jane is Daria's best friend. She has a brother and a sister - Trent and Summer. Jane is sarcastic and cynical, but a little more positive about things than Daria. She is also very artistic and is often in her room painting or creating crazy sculptures. At school, she is unpopular and a misfit. Things she likes are watching Sick Sad World, watching Animal Maulings on Home Video, going to sci-fi conventions, music, and art. She doesn't like idiotic popular people, and the mall.

Trent

Trent is Jane's brother. He already graduated high school and is unemployed - he's a musician. He plays guitar and sings in his band Mystic Spiral. He likes to sleep too. He's a pretty nice brother to Jane and doesn't mind giving her rides and hanging out with her. He thinks Daria is pretty cool too.

Brittany Taylor

Brittany is a popular cheerleader. She is very stupid and vacant. Kevin is her boyfriend. She likes doing cheers at the most unappropriate times, staring off into space, and hosting parties. She doesn't like unpopular people and thinking. She is often found twirling her hair around her little finger.

Kevin Thompson

Kevin is quarterback for the Lawndale Lions football team. He's a totally dumb jock. His girlfriend is Brittany Taylor, the cheerleader. He is always wearing his football uniform. He likes football and parties. He hates Shakespeare, and thinking.

Jodie Landon

Jodie is pretty cool, she's not the usual ditzy chick. She's Mack's friend, and also Jane and Daria's friend. She is popular, but she's intelligent. She's also a little sarcastic and enjoys Daria's cracks about the stupid popular people like Kevin and Brittany.

Michael Jordan Mackenzie

Mack is a jock (he plays football with Kevin), but he's smart and sarcastic. He likes football and Tony the Tiger. He doesn't like being called "Mack Daddy." He finds it annoying when Kevin acts like a total idiot, which is pretty much how Kevin acts all the time. He is friends with Jodie and gets along with both Daria and Jane.
