April 1st, 1949

New bus route from Eglinton & Dufferin looping counterclockwise via west on Eglinton Avenue, north on Shortt Street and east on Ramsden Road, then north on Dufferin Street and east on Briar Hill, looping clockwise via south on Danesbury Avenue, west on Ridelle Avenue and north on Times Road. Service provided from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight Sundays and holidays. Same fares as other Township of York lines, including free transfer privileges to and from OAKWOOD and ROGERS RD. cars.

Route extended south from Danesbury & Ridelle via south on Danesbury, east on Roselawn Avenue and south on Lyon and west on Eglinton, looping clockwise via south on Almeda Avenue, east on Lanark Avenue and north on Winona Drive. Service reduced to 6:30 a.m. to 6:10 p.m., six days a week, with no Sunday or holiday service.

April 17th, 1950

Service reduced even further to rush hours only: 6:10 to 9:10 a.m. and 3:50 to 7:50 p.m. weekdays and from 6:10 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. on Saturdays.

June 30th, 1954

Last day of operation, replaced on July 1st by the new DUFFERIN bus.
