HISTORY: Caesar Cicero is a member of the maggia criminal organization and a part-time mob-lawyer whose in constant war against other members of the maggia crime empire such as the Kingpin, Hammerhead, and Don Fortunato to name a few. Caesar was seem most recently in the "Spider-Man: Lifeline" mini-series where he waged a war against Hammerhead to obtain recently found fragments of the lifeline tablet. Members of his entourage include such criminals as Mountain Man Marko and the electrifying Eel.
