The Story
In past few years with a growth of e-commerce express
delivery companies such as FedEx, UPS and DHL are getting more and more business.
Unfortunately with ease of buying online, we are getting more and more hassles
and problems with delivery. I have been purchasing quite a lot online, and
the only trouble I have is DELIVERY and 100% of time it's UPS. At first I
was annoyed, then started disliking UPS (despite them being from Atlanta),
and after the last case of getting my DVD loopback cable delivered in 3 months
- I decided to launch a site that would bring all the complaints against UPS
that is on the Web (There are lot of them) into one single place. If you have
been annoyed by stupidity of their delivery people, careless customer service,
being tired of seeing that right hand of UPS does not know what the left hand
is doing, or simply having problems with UPS Delivery - THIS IS A SITE TO
FILE COMPLAINT. I will regularly send emails to UPS to visit this site....
