This is layout version 1.1 for Rockstar. It features Hilary Duff and was made with Paint Shop Pro 7 and notepad. I made everthing
myself and coded the layout. I don't know where I got the brushes from, so if you made them email me here
and I will be sure to give you credit. PSD credit goes to HilaryNet!
