Okay, this is a simple and easy guide to making yourself a great newbie xping armour set. Which you can use during xping, and your maxxed armour set gathering process. Dwarven Steel Armours - The best Newbie Armours on the Market, all save at level 0. They provide great protection, and don't require you to kill anything. For these armours you need to get your hands on a pick, and a lot of bags, cause ore is heavy once you get into high numbers. Once you get a pick, head towards the mines outside of Tyrniall. To get there head 5e,6se,s,2e,5s,2e,2ne,3n from the Great Oak. Once you get there, just walkin into different rooms in the mines, and type 'mine ore'. All the ore except iron and coal, you can drop and bury, because you do not need it. Be careful though, on the third and fourth levels of these mines, are auto attack creatures that can kill you easily if you are not prepared for them. The set consists of: Breastplate:.......10 iron, 20 coal Worn shield:........7 iron, 15 coal Gauntlets:............6 iron, 14 coal Greaves:.............8 iron, 16 coal Helm:..................7 iron, 15 coal Shirt:...................8 iron, 18 coal Pants:..................8 iron, 16 coal Bracers:..............6 iron, 14 coal Boots:.................8 iron, 18 coal For a Total:.........68 iron, 146 coal Once you get these armours, to complete your set you need a belt, a pendant, and a robe. Head towards Eternia to get these armours. From the cliff face go n,sw,w,swim sea,2e,ne,2w,n,ne,e,ne,n. In this shop you can buy the Eelskin Belt. Now, follow the directions backwards to get to the cliff face again. Except where it says swim sea, you must exit 'ripple'. Now for the Robe, and Pendant, you must also head towards Eternia In Eternia you are not able to equip weapons. So I hope you have a magic user friend, or your an unarmed fighter. From the Cliff Face go n;sw;w;swim sea;e;e;ne;w;w;n;ne;e;e;e;e;n;e;e;e;e;e;e;s;s;s;s;w;w;w;2nw;all south,n,sw,w,n,e,s,w,n,e The Elven Priestess in this room, holds the two remaining armours for your set. The Robe of Defense, and the Pendant of Eternal Flame. Once you find a way to kill this NPC, and get her armours, you will be finished collecting your Newbie Set. Now that you are done collecting armours, you need to get them enchanted. Find a Sorcerer with a 96% reduce, and have him reduce them. Find a Pyromancer, any maxxed will do, have them temper all of your armours. Find a War Wizard, or the Dwarf that forged your armours, and have them repair the armours. Find a Wizard that will rainbow them for you. Find an Alchemist and have him enchant them in either (if evil) all against sharp, and pierce, or (if good) all against blunt. After that, find a War Wizard, or the Dwarf that forged your armours for you, and have them repair your armours for you. If you have money still and want your set even better, head to Madagor to get the Madagor enchant which will increase the AC of your armours. Then talk to a Scryer and have him Cauldron Enchant your armours, which will make them into 1 item, and will also increase the AC of them. This is a very expensive process, unless you have friends who are willing to do it for free. Even if you have friends, the only way you will get a cauldron enchant for free is if you are a Gnome, and a member of one of the Organizations. The Madagor enchant alone will run you about 400 gc for each armour. The others all depend on the persons mood that you ask. |
