The healthy diet pyramid was devised by the Australian Nutrition Foundation to tell us how much of each type of food we should eat. It indicates that we should eat sugars and fats least. Dairy products, meats and meat substitutes should be eaten in moderation, while the major part of our diet should be made up of mostly breads, cereals, fruit and vegetables.
