Infernal Hails from the Grim Forstbitten Northlands! I am Kevin, and I perform lead vocals for "Marching Through Silence" I came to be a part of the band when I went to see a show that Marching Through Silence (then 12th of Never) were performing. I greatly enjoyed their set and was approached by them after the gig asking if I might want to come to a few practices and see if I'd like to be their vocalist.....so, off to the practice land I went, and the rest..........is........history......blarg. I listen to all types of music, regardless of genre, good music is good music. But to feed my need for heavier music, I tend to graviate towards various forms of black and death metal. Some of my favorite bands include: Agalloch, Dark Tranquillity, Immortal, Dimmu Borgir, Dissection, Arcturus, Ulver, Emperor, Mayhem, Vital Remains, Cryptopsy etc......for non metal stuff that is still in context with rockin' music(like.....I'm not going to list all my likings of Tori Amos, Radiohead, The Mountain Goats, etc here....) there's Coheed and Cambria, Avenged Sevenfold, Dillinger Escape Plan, God Forbid, Lamb of God.....blah.....list goes on forever. Anyway, my other musical projects include Orlyg and Guenhyvar. Orlyg is a band consisting of me and only me (at one time....it included Chris Thompson.....maybe it still does...he needs to contribute to the grim mastery) I play all the instruments heard in Orlyg. Orlyg is raw primitive grim black metal....I'll have a website up for that stuff soon enough.
