The folowing are pictures from my stay here in Panama......I have been fishing here at this particular place twice. Once when I lived here 98-99. Two last week. No....The fish you see are mostly small mouth bass.with some others. There are over 100 fish on that table. The small ones caught were thrown back. There were four fishing. I am taking the photos. My father, my step-brother, and the guide 'Tito Martinez'. The place is Arenosa, bad spelling. 7 hours, duing the rainy seaon. That blue cooler was filled to the top, with the extra fish just thrown in the boat. Total is was about 70 dollars for this trip. 10 went to the ladies cleaning the fish, and making fillets out of them. It is about an hour and a half from the city, where I am staying. The quality of the pics are pretty bad...the camera was cheap 'free'. Three of us used normal line and reels. The guide fished by just line, which is normal for him. The bait were live minnows. A few 'poping lures' happend to be used by my father and the guide a few time to get the fish biting.
Now the reall fun part.....100 fish IS A BAD DAY!!!!!!
Just recently, after I left my dad with another actual fisherman (I am not :) managed to bag over 200 kept fish in the same amout of time.
