Ember - Rainway Forever Ember

This is the baby, born June 2003. My little shetland sheepdog (well not so little, weighing in at 10kg and she's not overweight!). Ember has amazed me at how quickly she picks things up and how intelligent she is. She's a bossy little madam and nothing phases her, not in the least bit nervy. Has been known to play with newfoundlands and great danes.
She has been to her first breed show at Coventry on 1st January and had a 2nd in sheltie puppy out of about 7 dogs so I was very pleased. Then she went to her first obedience show at NAABTS on 11th January and excelled herself. Not the best of places as the enviroment upsets a lot of dogs. But not her, she really was a star and if it hadn't been for a sniff by the dumbell she would have been in the placings for beginners.
Ember has started her agility training and she is getting on really well she has certainly got the attitude for it and doesn't stop barking all the way round. She is picking things up really quickly. She is still mini (I think :-/ just under 15") but whichever I am not too bothered as she is my fun dog. The idea was I wouldn't have to run so fast with her, but that is going out of the window!
Well Ember was officially measured a mini, and also measured FCI Small at the same time. She has survived her first agility show (January 2005) and did really well, just a slip up in the weaves in one class.
Ember Growing up, from 9 weeks to 6 months
At 6 months in the first pic. 18 months - Middle. Far right, agility training starts at 14 weeks!
