1.right click the image you want to use as your avatar
2.click on properties
3.copy the address(URL) (ctrl-c) ex. https://www.angelfire.com/bug/butters22/jamesanger1.gif
4.go into edit my profile on PPM
5.paste the address (ctrl-v) into new avatar
6.submit and youre done!
