Culinary: Only used fresh; flavor is lost when dried. Leaves in salads, cold beverages, cooked on its own like spinach. Flowers in cold beverages, salads, candied.;Mild, refreshing cucumberish flavor; Tea: Pour boiling water over 1 teaspoon dried borage (or 3 teaspoons fresh). Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. May be served iced or hot. Not recommended for daily use.
