The International Order of Job's Daughters is an organization for young women that promotes spiritual and moral upbuilding, inspires a desire for knowledge, teaches love of Country and Flag, and encourages love of home and respect for parents and elders, as well as reverence for the Holy Scriptures.

  In addition, emphasis is placed on community service and giving back to others. For example, the girls of Bethel 56 have redecorated two bedrooms for the local safe house, walked dogs at the animal shelter, helped with the annual Optimist Club Easter Egg Hunt, and have given money they raised to various charities.

  Girls between the ages of 10 and 20, with proper Masonic relationship, are eligible to apply to the Order.

  Bethel 56 usually meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month.  Meetings are held at the Masonic Lodge located at 883 Blue Lakes Blvd North.
