Townsend fans were long kept in suspense awaiting the news of who the new mystery member would be. Finally, the fans were presented with Jayden, also known as Chris at the time.
Jayden met Townsend through their mutual vocal coach. The guys and Jayden worked hard together and produced their first two songs and had one performance. Out of best interest for both parties, Jayden left Townsend. Here's a little info on Jayden!
Jayden Christofer was born on June 10th, 1978 and is a Gemini. He says the best part of being in the music industry is being able to express himself through music.
Jayden has held many jobs before starting his solo career. Look at everything he's done! He's been a packaging engineer at his local grocery store, a bank teller, a mail room attendant, a host at the Rain Forest Cafe, a telemarketer, a job for a newspaper, a job at the Census Bureau, a job at Sears, a shoe salesman, as server at the Macaroni Grill, a dancer in a professional dace company for hip hop and jazz, worked at a night club, a singer at Disney World, a member of Townsend, and a member of the group Conspiracy. Now Jayden is starting a solo career, and you know this guy has the looks and talents to make it!
Jayden's favorite type food is Italian. If he had to describe himself in one word in would be nonconformist. Some celebrity crushes of his are Christina Aguilera, Jessica Alba (of Dark Angel), Selma Hyak, and Susan Ward (of Sunset Beach and the In Crowd).
