
Hey! We decided there were alot of people out there not knowing how to harness their chi, but really really really want to after they heard the puppies were all into harnessing their chi, so being good little teachers that we are, we shall teach all of you uninformed masses how to harness your chi properly and daily, just like JC Puppy!
Chi - (Chinese, duh) meaning "inner battery / energy".
Step One. Stand with feet shoulder witdth apart, slightly pigeon toed.
Step Two. Thrust pelvis forward and bend legs at the knees in a 'plie' satnce in ballet.
Step Three. Keep back, shoulders, and head straight and up so that your energy can flow in from them.
Step Four. Raise arms around, with hands in 'jazz hands' so that your palms are in front of your face, fingers extended and elbows are out horizontal to ground.
Step Five. Stay in this stance for 5- 20 minutes, keeping muscles working and reamining relaxed. This is not only good exercise for toning muscles but also great meditation.
After the exercise your muscles should be slightly sore from the workout but you should feel rejuvinated and energized!!!

Won't JC be so proud when you show him how you can harness your chi, but don't expect to hear him say you do it better than him or anything... :)
