Keller jogged across the street. The tall girl with the light brown hair, Jennifer she believed her name was, had seen her. Keller had been spying through a living room window. Her excellent hearing allowed her to hear everything that was said in the house. ‘So, you think she’d become a vampire if you were one?’ she thought to herself. ‘Well, Zacky boy, we’ll just have to put that to the test!’

"Hello Zac," Keller said the next day. Zac and a couple of his friends, Hayden and Jackson were out rollerblading at the park when she approached him.

"Hi," he said stiffly.

"Would you like to go for a walk?" she asked.

"No," he replied, getting nervous.

"Are you sure?" she asked coldly.

"Y_Yes," Zac stuttered.

"Fine," she said turning around and walking away. "I’ll see you later," she called over her shoulder.

"Who was that man?" Jackson asked.

"Yeah, and does Annie know?" Hayden added.

"She’s nobody and yes, Annie does know about her," Zac answered.

"Zac, what’s wrong?" Annie asked later that night.

"Nothing."

"Not nothing," Annie said. "I told you, don’t lie to me! Remember what happened when you guys first got signed? Remember what the lies did to our relationship?"

"Yeah," Zac said. "I know…I’m sorry."

"So what is it?"

"That girl again…she….it’s like she’s stalking me. It’s really got me on edge," he answered truthfully.

"Ok," she said. "Maybe you should do something about it."

"Like what?"

"I don’t know," Annie replied. "Let’s just give it time."

"Ok."

"When did you say you had to leave?" she asked.

Zac looked down at his watch. "Oh, now. Sorry."

"Ok, call me later," Annie told him.

"Yeah."

Zac stood up and left the house. He began walking down the street. He was about halfway there when someone grabbed him from behind and pulled him into a woodsy area near the street.

"What the hell?!?" he demanded breaking free. He turned around to face his attacker. Keller. "You!"

"Yes, me."

"What? Why?" he demanded.

"Because I want to make you what I am."
