Katlyn woke up in a great mood. Her night spent with Justin left a smile on her face.
She got out of bed and took a quick shower. Fifteen minutes later she got out of her shower and started getting ready. She put on her knee length denim skirt and a light pink tank top with ‘Sweet’ written across it in a darker pink glitter.
Michelle came running into her room, closing the door behind her.
“Where were you yesterday?” She asked excitedly.
Katlyn continued brushing her hair. “Out.”
“Katlyn! Come on! Tell me!” Michelle whined.
“I was out with Justin.”
Michelle squealed, she was completely different. “Are you serious?”
“I’ve been out with him before.”
“Oh…so you weren’t going ‘out’?”
“That’s private.” Katlyn smiled.

“Oh my god! That is so cute.”
“I was just going over there to see him…and the other guys.”
“Aww…how cute!” Michelle said smiling.
“Shut up.” Katlyn said throwing a pillow at her.
“Can I go?” Michelle asked following Katlyn down the stairs.
“No! But I’ll tell you what happened later.”
Michelle waved to Katlyn from the door, as Katlyn drove off.
When she got there, the only ones there were Lance and Joey. “Hey guys.”
“Hey Kate!” They both said. She sat down and talked with them for a few minutes.
Minutes later, Chris, JC, and Justin came in laughing. As soon as Justin noticed Katlyn his smile grew.
“Hey, my little sleeping angel…or just Angel now.” Justin said to Katlyn.
“Hey.” Katlyn waved to the three who just walked in.
Justin walked over to Katlyn, who was sitting in a plush leather couch, and gestured for her to get up; He sat down and pulled her down on his lap. He then wrapped his arms around her waist while Katlyn leaned back against him and put her arms over his.
The other guys froze watching the two. Things definitely changed.
JC cleared his throat. “So…do you guys have something to tell us?”
Justin and Katlyn looked up from their conversation.
“What do you mean?” Justin spoke up first.
Johnny and Chris (Katlyn’s dad) walked in the room. Justin quickly released Katlyn as she slid away from him.
“Ok guys…quick meeting then back to rehearsals.” Johnny announced.
“Katlyn, what are you doing here?” Her dad asked.
“Oh, um…Just visiting.” Katlyn responded.
As they all walked to the conference room, Justin walked next to Katlyn.
He gently squeezed her hand. “Wee need to talk later.” He whispered.
Katlyn nodded her head and squeezed his hand back.
