"Chris! Forget about it, we're already late enough!"

"That's the problem Joey, I did forget about it!"

"Let’s just leave him," J.C. muttered as he held the elevator doors open for the fourth time.

"If he can't remember his shit, them he shouldn't have it," Justin agreed. They were all annoyed that Chris had forgotten some trivial item in his room, again. They should be used to it by now, but they only grew more irritated as the seconds passed.

"I'm coming!" Chris yelled, then the guys heard footsteps thunder down the hall before Chris slid into the elevator. "See? I'm here."

"You sound like a heard of horses when you run," Lance teased.

"So what was this important thing that you couldn't live without?" J.C. asked, his voice laced with sarcasm.

"The plane tickets," Chris grinned, holding up the five envelopes.

The others rolled their eyes. "It's a damn good thing you remembered them," Joey said.

The elevator lurched to a stop on the main floor and opened the doors, letting the five young men out into the lobby. A small group of girls were gathered outside, and the guys felt awful when they had to run past them. But they were SO late; they'd be lucky if they made this flight.

After jumping in the car and speeding slightly to the airport, the guys pulled each other through the tangle of confused travelers and ran to the gate, which was conveniently located at the opposite end of the airport. Luckily they had no bags to check and getting through the crowd proved easier than it looked.

By the time the guys jogged the last few feet and made it through the metal detector, the last group of passengers had been called to board the plane. J.C. and Lance made it through the metal detector fairly quickly, but it took Joey, Justin, and Chris three minutes each to strip of their jewelry. J.C. and Lance waited impatiently, grabbing all the bags from the conveyor belt as they went through the x-ray. "Come on guys!" J.C. whined, watching the last person board the plane.

The final boarding call sounded as Joey grabbed all his jewelry from the small bowl and took off after his friends. Chris handed the tickets to the flight attendant, but she merely shoved the guys down the ramp towards the plane. J.C. pulled the others as he ran, and they made it through the doors just before the flight attendants shut. 'That's funny,' Joey thought as he was pulled passed the attendants. 'They're all foreign.'

J.C. and Lance grabbed their seats on one side of the plane, and Joey, Chris and Justin all sat on the other side, despite J.C.'s forgotten previous warnings not to. They were all huffing and sweating, but were finally able to relax. The plane began backing up as a dark haired attendant began the safety instructions.

Justin poked Joey and grinned as he looked out the window. Joey turned to Justin, realizing the teen had already begun teasing. Joey elbowed Justin then moved closer to Chris, who sat on the isle.

Chris looked at the giggling friends and sighed, turning weary eyes to J.C. and Lance. "Why do you two always sit together?" he asked, jumping as Joey poked him in the ribs.

"Because we don't act like three year olds every time we fly," J.C. replied, causing Lance to grin evilly at Chris.

"Besides," Lance said. "Last time I sat in between you and Justin, I had bruised ribs for two weeks."

"Is that all?" Chris asked, rolling his eyes. Then he underwent another attack from Joey and quickly turned to put the Italian in his place.

J.C. leaned his head against the seat and closed his eyes, happy to get the chance for sleep. Lance reached in his duffel bag and pulled out a book. He began reading it when a young girl looked over the back of the seat in front of him and smiled.

"Hi," she started.

Lance looked up at her. She had blue/green eyes and long, dark brown hair that sparkled in the sun. "Hello," Lance replied.

The girl blushed. "I don't know what to say. I know you're Nsync, but there's really no other way to start a conversation unless I ask you for an autograph or something-"

"Well, you may know me but I don't know you," Lance replied, nudging J.C. awake.

"I'm Sharon," the girl replied, turning her attention to J.C.

Lance sighed as he realized the look that all star struck girls wear when they meet their idol. But when J.C. returned the stunned look, Lance knew he was done for and returned to reading his book.

"Hi," J.C. said softly, looking into Sharon's eyes.

"Could you maybe sign something for me?" Sharon asked, holding out a trembling hand and giving J.C. a pen and paper.

"Sure," J.C. replied, taking the items from her. "So you're a fan?"

"Yeah," Sharon blushed, not adding the part about having Nsync pictures plastered all over her walls at home.

"It's good to be loved," J.C. smiled, scribbling on the piece of paper and handing it back to her. "So how old are you?"

"Help!" Joey yelled as he got tickled from both sides. He squirmed in his seat but he was surrounded and had no way of getting free.

A flight attendant walked by and the guys stopped briefly, not wanting to get in trouble. Chris watched as the foreign women walked past, then his eyes rested on Lance, who was staring at them like they were some kind of smelling green glob.

"Aren't you afraid someone will think you're gay?" he asked flatly, his green eyes studying them.

"No, why should we?" Chris replied, trying to stop laughing.

"Yeah, the Backstreet Boys act like this all the time and people call it cute," Justin chimed in.

"I call it sickening," Lance replied, then turned back to his book.

The three silently mocked him as they started teasing each other again. Justin looked up again and saw J.C. talking with a pretty young girl and froze. 'Pretty, damn she's hot!' he thought, watching the dark-haired girl. "Guys, move!" Justin said, getting up.

"Why?" Joey asked with confusion.

"Because I want to meet her," he said, turning Joey's head so he could see the girl.

"Looks like she's taken bro," Chris said, getting up to let Joey out.

Justin popped his ears and pushed past Joey. "Well not anymore."

J.C. was vaguely aware of Lance being pulled out of his seat and being replaced by a blonde with heavy cologne. He only turned to see who it was when Sharon turned her sparkling eyes to the newcomer.

"Justin, what the hell do you want?" J.C. asked.

"I want to say hello to this stunning lady," Justin replied innocently.

"Did you have to pick this one?" J.C. asked rather coldly.

"Can I have your autograph?" Sharon interrupted.

"Sure can," Justin beamed, taking the pen and paper. "What's you're name?"

"Sharon," she blushed, her eyes sparkling.

"Nice to meet you Sharon," Justin replied, giving her a sexy smile that put J.C.'s to shame.

J.C. rolled his eyes and waited until Justin was done signing then took back the paper. Justin and Sharon looked at him in confusion and he grinned, "I forgot something." J.C. then wrote his cell phone number under his name, along with 'Call me.'

Justin struggled to see what J.C. wrote, but J.C. gave it back to Sharon before he could read it.

"Thanks," Sharon said. "This is so cool. Who thought I would be flying home with you guys."

"Where in Florida do you live?" Justin asked, trying to be friendlier than J.C.

Sharon looked stunned. "I don't live in Florida," she replied. "I'm going to visit my family in Israel."

"Israel?" J.C. questioned. "That's cool."

"So why are you going to Florida then?" Justin asked.

Sharon made sure the guys weren't joking. "This plane is going to Israel."

"No it's not," Justin laughed. "We are going home to Florida."

Sharon remained serious. "We're going to Israel."

Justin and J.C. looked at each other. J.C. grew red and the vein in his forehead started to show. "Chris!" he yelled, jumping up. He crawled over Justin and nearly attacked the older man in the isle. "Why the hell did you put us on a plane to Israel?!"

"Israel?" Chris gulped, shrinking under J.C. "The tickets are to Florida."

A stewardess walked by, concerned with the commotion. "Is everything okay?" she asked in an accent.

"Where are we going?" J.C. yelled.

"This plane is going to Israel," the flight attendant replied.

"Fu-" J.C. started, then stopped himself. "One, two, three, four, five, six…seven…eight…nine…ten. Chris, would you please let me see the tickets?" he asked, more calmed now.

Chris raised a shaky hand and cautiously gave J.C. the tickets.

J.C. grinned and took them, looking at the tickets. "These are to Orlando!" he yelled.

"Well in that case, you screwed up because we were all following you," Chris said, regretting it when J.C. smacked him on the head.

"Let me see," the flight attendant said, taking the tickets from J.C. "These tickets haven't even been checked," she said. "How did you even get on this plane?"

"That's what I'm asking you!" J.C. replied.

"The planes switched gates, and we made several announcements," she started.

"Well we got here late," Lance said.

"But the person outside the ramp should have checked your tickets and caught it," the women replied.

"She just pushed us towards the plane," Chris spoke up.

"Well I'm sorry guys, but looks like you're stuck on this flight. We'll get it straightened out when we land."

J.C. closed his eyes. "Fine," he muttered, taking his seat again.

Sharon looked at him with sympathy. "I'm sorry," she said.

"It wasn't your fault," J.C. sighed. "It was everyone's."

"Well look at it this way," Justin smiled. "We get to talk to Sharon longer."

J.C. turned his blue eyes to Justin. "You got a point there," he smiled, then the two of them grinned at Sharon.

"Don't touch me!" Lance yelled again, pushing Joey away from him. "God this is going to be the longest flight I've ever had to endure."

Finish!
