She picked it up and looked at it confused. So she read the card. Inside the card read,

Pack your bags.

Leigh looked up at Nick then down to the brochure, then back to him.
"You mean..." she said trailing off.
"Yep. Me, you, Brian and Anna are going to that place for a week. We're leaving tomorrow and your Mom knows all about it. I talked to her earlier this week." he said.
Leigh started hopping up and down in her seat like a little kid.
"Oh Nick, I could just kiss you!" she said extremely excited.
So she kissed him lovingly. Brian and Anna just made a grossed out look.
"This is the best birthday of my life." Leigh said kissing Nick again.
Then Nick helped Leigh put on her necklace.
"It looks beautiful on you." They all commented.
Leigh looked through the brochure. They were going to little cottages up north. There was trails, skiing, a lodge, and a lot more things she knew she would love.
Nick paid for the whole bill and the four headed home. After dropping off Brian and Anna, Nick and Leigh headed towards her house. When they got there, Leigh turned towards Nick.
"You have made tonight so special, I can't thank you enough." Leigh said.
"Your worth it all." he said.
She blushed, then kissed him passionately. After a few more kisses, Leigh opened the door.
"I have to pack. I will see you tomorrow morning?" she asked.
"Yeah, 8 am. Then we will drive over to Brian's, then Anna's. Happy Birthday." Nick said once more.
Leigh leaned over and kissed him softly, "Thanks."
She got out of the car and started walking towards her house.
She turned around and waved good-bye as she entered her house.
She ran up to her Mom's room to tell her about the events of the night.
As Nick pulled out of the driveway, he knew, he was in love.
