"Oh my God...Britt that did NOT just happen to us!" Lauren yelled with excitement.
"Hey, you aren't the one who almost got their arm ripped off!" laughed Brittany.
"That's nothing to joke about; I'm talking about AJ and Nick. They are incredible. Do you realize that?"
"Of course I realize that! After all, they saved me!" Brittany flopped down on her bed and sighed with content.
"AJ gave me his number and kissed me one the cheek.....wow. He is just perfect."
"Yeah, you guys would make a good couple. What about me and Nick?"
"It would be perfect Britt, you two are soul mates; I think he knows it too. Did you see the way he was looking at you?"
"Yeah, I did..." Britt blushed and looked at the ground.
"I wonder what they are doing right now..." Lauren said.
"Probably thinking about us!" laughed Britt.
"I'm going to take a shower." called Lauren.
"Okay, let me know when you are out. I gotta take one too. Actually, I think I'll call Nick while you are in." snickered Britt.
Lauren went in to the bathroom and Brittany took out Nick's number. Just as she was about to pick up the phone, it rang.
"Hello?"
"Hey Brittany, it's Nick. How are you?"
"Nick! Wow, I was just about to call you. I'm alright. How about yourself?"
"I'm great. I was wondering..um..God AJ quit laughing...if, uh, you and Lauren would like to come out with us tonight?"
"That would be great," Brittany replied. "Lauren is in the shower right now; after she's done, I'm gonna get in. Can you give us about an hour to get ready?"
"Sure! See you in an hour."
"Okay. Bye."
Just as Lauren was about to walk out of the bathroom, Brittany ran up to her before she could even open the door.
"Lauren! You are never going to believe who we are going out with tonight!" Brittany screamed with excitement.
"Who? I didn't know we had plans!"
"Me neither! Just as I was about to call Nick, the phone rang and it was him."
"And...your point is?" Lauren joked.
"He asked if you and I would like to join him and AJ for a night out!" Brittany said with a screech.
"Seriously? OH GOD! Shit I need to get ready! What am I gonna wear?"
"I don't know but find something - and quick. I'm gonna get a shower."
Lauren frantically ran around looking for something to wear while Brittany was in the shower singing as loud as she could. Meanwhile, Nick and AJ were quite nervous themselves.
"AJ, I'm so nervous right now. What if something goes wrong? Like I get a boner in the car or whatever?" Nick asked.
"Just chill Nick, okay? Just hope that the best will happen. She seems to be interested, after all, she said she would go out on a date with you. Don't know what's wrong that girl..."
Nick didn't hear his rude comment. "Yeah, that's true. What about Lauren, you like her or what?"
"Of course! She's beautiful. What else can I say?"
"Well AJ, good luck with her. I am sure the four of us will have some good times," Nick said with a grin.
"I know we will Nick. And good luck with Brittany, if ya know what I mean!" AJ said with a playful punch to the shoulder.
Back at Brittany's house, Lauren was putting on her makeup while Brittany was looking for something to wear.
"Lauren! Why did you have to throw all my clothes around? This place is a mess!" Brittany said in a aggravated voice.
"No time for chit chat dearie, they are going to be ready and you will still be looking for something to wear. So hurry up."
"Okay...geez..I'll be ready in a few minutes. I just have to put my clothes on."
"Well tell me, how do I look?" Lauren asked.
"You look like a girl who is ready to go on a date with a guy named AJ!" laughed Brittany.
"Ha ha, very funny. I think you look nice and you don't even compliment me."
"Lauren, you look great and I am sure AJ will agree."
"Okay, I'm almost ready. Just let me get my jeans on...ugh! These are getting small...okay...let's go!"
As the two of them walked out the front door, they were surprised to see Nick and AJ standing on the front porch looking hotter than ever before. Lauren and Brittany looked at each other and smiled as they walked up to the very handsome men.
