Shallow-Superstars
Date: 12/8/00
I'm not that guy you see on the cover
not some Cosmo stud super-lover
Don't look 'cause you'll never see me in Tommy
or Old Navy, or GAP or Abercrombie
I don't know the eighty secret ways to kiss
I didn't think that they exist
I couldn't care less for latest trend
I'm not that guy, I won't pretend
I'm not Mr. Universe, by no means buff
I'm not some bad-ass, none of that stuff
I'm not the cute one or the boy next door,
much deeper than that, there's so much more
I won't go on with usual tirade,
we'll skip the shallow serenade
I'm not a super-star in anyone's view
but I must know: Is that good enough for you?
