When Kevin awoke, Raegan was in the shower. Breifly he thought of
joining her, but then decided against it, thinking preparing a nice dinner
would be a much better surprise. Throwing on some jeans he walked
downstairs, only to find all the guys watching TV. "What are you guys doing here? Brian,
Nick, shouldn't you be in Kentucky about now?", he asked.  "Our flight was
postponed until tomorrow morning. But that's not important right now, Kev.
We need to talk", Brian told him. "About what?" "About you and Raegan. What,
did you take her in so you could eventually end up screwing her?", AJ asked
angrily. Kevin glared at him. "No. Although that does sound familiar. Like
something YOU would do", Kevin shot back. "Hey, watch it, Train. I wouldn't
pick someone 8 years younger than myself. Robbing the cradle now, aren't
we?" Kevin had had enough. He lunged for AJ, but Howie and Brian stepped
inbetween them.  "Guys! Stop! Now let's talk about this calmly, please", Howie
pleaded. But D's words didn't do much good as the yelling continued.
Raegan stood and watched from the top of the stairs. She didn't want
to believe she had caused this, but in her mind she believed she had. 'God,
I can't let this happen to Kevin. I can't ruin the group because of us', she
thought. Quickly before anyone could find out and stop her, she grabbed the
same backpack she had came here in, threw in all the neccessities she could,
and then grabbed a wad of money on Kevin's dresser. She knew this was
running away from her problems, and resorting back to ways she thought she had
changed, but it was the only way. Putting on a coat, she made her way
downstairs. The guys were so busy fighting they didn't even notice as she
blew a silent kiss to Kevin and slipped out the door.

Raegan sat on the bus stop bench. She'd bought a ticket to Texas,
thinking that was a good a place as ever to go now. Tears pricked at her
eyes and threatened to fall as she thought of leaving Kevin behind and how much
it would hurt him. But it was for the best, she told herself. He'll forget
about me soon enough and then things with him and the guys will get better. They
won't fight because of me anymore. She was so deep in her thoughts that she
didn't notice the figure that came up behind her.
"What are you doing?", a deep, familiar voice asked. Raegan jumped
and turned around. It was Kevin. "I...I...", she started but couldn't finish.
The tears that had once threatened to fall were now streaming down her face.
Before she knew it, Kevin's arms were around her and he was stroking her
hair, calming her. "I have to leave", she whispered into his ear." Kevin took her
face in his hands and looked her straight in the eyes. "Raegan, I'm not
letting you leave. I love you too much. Why do you think you have to leave,
sweetie?" "You were fighting about me. I caused it. I don't want to ruin
anything for you." Kevin sighed. "So you saw everything, huh?" She nodded
and looked down. He tilted her face up to his again. "Listen to me, the guys
weren't mad at you. They were mad at me. But we worked things out. Things
are OK now." "Really?" "Yes. So let's refund that ticket you bought and go home,
alright?", he asked, hoping she would agree. Raegan hugged him tight. "I
love you, Kevin. Let's go home." "I love you too, baby. I love you, too."
