~ Three Days Later ~

"Bye Leigh-Anne," I cried as we hugged. The huge silver tour bus loomed in front of the house, and Leigh-Anne was sobbing.
"I'll see you soon, hun. Love you," she said as we embraced tightly. Allie squeezed Leigh-Anne next and they smiled teary smiles at each other.
"We're best friends forever right?" Allie asked, trying to be happy. Elizabeth and Leigh-Anne nodded, and we tried to make a group hug. Elizabeth's brown eyes, looked sad, and Leigh-Anne's usually bright blue eyes, were red rimmed.
The guys each took turns hugging the two girls that were staying behind, and Brian pulled Leigh-Anne for a private good-bye, and Kevin did the same to Elizabeth. Allie and I walked on the bus, and threw down our bags. When Brian and Kevin hopped on the bus a couple minutes later, I thought I caught a stray tear in Brian's eyes. I opened the window, and yelled, "Bye Leigh- Anne!! Bye Liz!" Allie joined me, as te bus pulled away from the curb.
Nick stood beside me, as the familiar green grass zoomed past us. "I'm so happy you're coming with us to go on tour. I can't be without you for too long," Nick said, as he pulled me closer to him.
We sat down on the bright blue couch, and Nick turned on the TV, and flicked the channels, until he picked up on Jerry Springer. I laughed lightly, and said, "Nick, we are we watching this? Out of all the channels we get, we have to watch this?"
He kissed the top of my head, as Allie and AJ came in and sat down on the floor. "It's a guy thing to watch Jerry," Nick said, his attention now focused on the show.
AJ nodded his approval, and Allie shook her head, absorbed in the show too. "I like Jerry." They sat like that for a while, until I stood and stood up and walked to my bunk. I hopped up, and closed my eyes and fell asleep.
~ An Hour Later ~
"Hey baby, get up," a very familiar voice whispered in my right ear. I rolled around and smacked my head on the wall.
"Damn it," I said as I rubbed my head. I turned and peered at Nick. "Where are we?"
Nick held out his hand, at helped me crawl out of the bunk. "We are about 5 minutes away from Orlando."
I shook my head, and rubbed my eyes, and looked outside the windows, to see the darkening Orlando sky. I sighed and leaned my forehead against the cool glass. Nick slipped his hands around my waist, and we watched the bright lights begin to flicker on. "I love the city…especially at night." He nodded, and hugged me closer.
"So where are me and Al sitting tonight?" I asked as I walked towards the bunks to grab my bag. We were quickly approaching the city, and I wanted to hop in the shower before the show.
"Section 105, Row M, Seats 1 and 2," Nick rattled off the top of his head. "Pretty good seats, and no one should recognize you," he added reassuringly.
I shook my head and slightly smiled. "I don't know about that one. Have you been on the Internet recently? On every Nick Carter site, there are at least 15 pictures of me, although I don't know how they got them. And all of them say I'm a b*tch, who wants your money."
He rubbed my shoulders, and stared out over my head, as we approached the city. "Baby…I don't care what they say, and you'll have Q to protect you." Q is Allie and my bodyguard, and he protects Leigh-Anne and Liz when they go on tour with the guys, too. He's a big, strong guy, about 6'2 and he weighs about 300 pounds.
I frowned into the purple night sky, as the bus pulled into the back of a hotel. Nick pulled on a UNC hat, and the other guys pulled on hats, and threw on heavy coats. Allie and I stood beside Q and Mark, who would escort us upstairs, than Mark would come back to help get the guys inside. Allie and I grabbed our bags, and walked briskly into the lobby. Two girls, who looked about 13, were sitting in the over stuffed chairs, chewing nervously on pens, and clutching magazines.
The tall one, approached me, before the elevator came. "Are you Lauren? Nick's girlfriend?" she asked timidly. I shot a warning glance at Allie, before smiling at her.
"Yes I am Lauren. What's your name?" I asked, pointedly ignoring the second question she had asked me. Q stood off slightly to the right, watching us talk in amusement.
"My name is Ashley." She looked over my left shoulder and smiled at Allie. "Are you Allie?" Allie smiled back and we heard the elevator BING!
"Yeah, I'm Allie. It was nice meeting you Ashley," Allie said as she grabbed her bags and hopped on the elevator.
"It was nice to meet you," I said over my shoulder as Mark walked in the elevator behind me.
As the door closed, I turned to Allie and whispered, "I'm glad she wasn't one of those fans who wants to claw our eyes out."
Allie put her hand over her heart, in a mock gesture. " I just thought she was gonna kill us."
"Oh shut up," I laughed, as we reached the 7th floor. We walked a little down the hall, and Allie went to room 723, and I went into 725.
I ran into the room, and threw my bag on the floor, and looked out the window, and saw Mark and Q help Brian out of the bus. The rest of the guys followed out, and pretty soon Nick came in the room, looking pissed.
