***After The Movie***

"I love that movie," she said.

"Yeah. It's great," Nick said.

"I'm home!" Jessica's mom walked in the door.

"Hey, Mom." Jessica gave her mom a hug."How was your day?"

"It was alright. Busy. What about yours? How are you feeling?"

"I feel absolutely wonderful. I had a great time with Nick."

"Yeah. We had a good time. It was fun," Nick said.

"Well, that's good," Mrs. Lavent said.

"I can come back tomorrow. In fact, I would like to."

"You know you are welcome anytime, Nick," Mrs. Lavent told hm.

"Thanks." Nick grinned.

"Come on. I'll walk you to you car," Jessica said. They went outside.

Nick took her hand as they walked. "You know, you've always been the perfect girl, Jess," he said.

"Thanks, Nick." Jessica and Nick both started to get close to one another. Finally, their faces were almost touching, and they kissed. Deeper and longer than earlier. After the kiss, Nick took both of her hands in his. "Jessica, I need to tell you something."

"What is it?" She pulled away one of her hands and touched his face. Nick wanted to tell her the truth about the accident, but he couldn't. "You're the greatest." He kissed her cheek and started to get in his car. "I'll see you tomorrow, Jess."

"Alright, bye."

"Bye."

Jessica went back inside.Her mom was in the kitchen. "So, what's up with you and Nick?" Mrs. Lavent asked.

"We're just getting really close again. By the way, Mom. Guess what?"

"What?"

"I think I'm remembering some things. Nothing big, but little things."

"That's great! I knew you would."

"Yeah. I can't wait until I remember everything."

"Me either."

"Listen, Mom, I better go on to bed now."

"It's not that late."

"I know. But, I need to rest."

"Okay. Sweet dreams."

"Thanks." Jessica headed up to her room and prepared for bed.
