"Rei? Rei! Rei, wake up!"

Reina groaned from what should have been Hailey's bed as she opened her eyes, "Dee?" she called out, still feeling woozy

"What the hell happened to you? Hailey called me, in complete terror not knowing what to do, telling me that you asked her to pinch you and then you fainted!" Deanna retorted in a voice that seemed to have pounded hard against Reina's head

"Dee, stop talking so loud, I'm right here! I can hear you just fine!" Reina let out another groan then came to the realization that her bed was Hailey's bed. Shooting straight up from the bed, she glared at her friend. "Don't you think this is odd?"

"What is?"

"Uh duh, I'm lying in this bed!" she knocked on Deanna's forehead hoping to knock some sense into her and help her make sense of what was happening

"Uh duh, no because this is your bed?" Deanna raised both her eyebrows. "Did you hit your head or something? Or maybe you have a fever?" she said worriedly as she placed the palm of her right hand on Reina's forehead. "Temperature seems fine!"

Reina jumped out of bed and back onto her feet as she screeched out, "Don't you think this is all weird? I'm supposed to be the maid and I'm...Hailey and I switched spots, Dee! THINK!"

Deanna, stunned, stared at her friend silently then broke out into a roar of laughter. "This is your idea of a prank, right? You're...oh wait! Tonight you're attending some benefit party, aren't you?"

"Dee, this is not the time to think about partying!"

"And...and that Nick character is going to be there, right? The one you're drooling over to helping you build that silly recording studio in the basement!" Deanna giggled. "You're...oh my dear lord, Reina Reves is actually nervous about meeting a guy that she's gone completely cuckoo!"

"I am not cuckoo, Dee. I'm telling you something weird is hap...wait! I'm going to a party? And Nick is going to be there?" she smiled

"Yeah...the benefit party...the ball of all benefits! Oh let me see your dress, where is it?" Deanna gasped in excitement as she ran over to the closet.

"Dress? what dress?" question marks began to flutter around Reina's head once more, but just as quickly as it came, in the same speed, it disappeared. "So...I'm going to get all dressed up...to go to a party...and see Nick...and have him see me looking like...like..." she looked at her reflection in the mirror. "Like this!" she giggled as she held both her arms wide open and allowed her body to fall flat on the soft, comfortable bed and began to laugh uncontrollably, unable to hold her excitement. "This is great! This...this dream is wonderful! I'm never going to wake up!" she exclaimed then propped right up from the bed, and glared at Deanna. "Dee, you touch my dress and ruin it and I swear I will gut you with my own bare hands!" she threatened

"Okay well I see you're feeling better seeing as how you're back to your old self," Deanna glared back at her then in a voice that seemed to have the tone of singing, called out, "bii-ii-iitch!"

Reina wiped the mean expression on her face and laughed, "I'm kidding! This is great! You have to help me get ready!"

"Help you? don't you have that appointment with," Deanna began to fan herself as if imitating a snobby person and spoke out with a heavy European accent, "Antonio!"

Biting her lip, Reina looked up at the corner of her eyes with a smile on her face. She felt bewildered and happy all at the same time. "Then let's go make me look wonderful!" she exclaimed as she got up from her bed and grabbed her friend's house and ran out the door.

"Uh Rei, you're wearing a slip dress, you might want to put on some clothes!"

Reina stopped running and looked at herself and said, "Oh right, yeah...slip dress, not cool!" and ran back in her bedroom to put on a dress that once belonged to Hailey, whom was now the one serving her, hand and foot.
