"I'm so sorry." Nick said, "They're not usually like that. I dunno what's gotten into them."

"It's ok. You don't have to make excuses for them. But, I feel really bad though. I don't want you to get in trouble."

"Don't worry about it." Nick replied, "I'll deal with it later."

Adrianne and Nick made a brief stop, so that Adrianne could take her medication.

"Have you ever been on a boat before?" Nick asked.

"No, not really." Adrianne said, "Why?"

"I was wondering if you wanted to go take a ride on my boat." Nick said.

Adrianne smiled, "I'd love to."

Nick took Adrianne to his boat. He held her hand, as he helped her onto the boat. Nick showed Adrianne around.

"Wow, this is really nice." Adrianne said.

Nick started the boat and the two of them rode around.

"It's so pretty out here." Adrianne said.

Nick replied, "Yeah, it is. I love it."

"Thank you so much, Nick." Adrianne said, "I had a really good time."

"Your welcome" Nick said. He kissed her cheek, "I'll see you tomorrow."

Nick went back to the studio to deal with the guys.

"Well, look who finally decided to grace us with his presence." Kevin said.

"Don't start with me, Kev." Nick said, "I never thought the four of you could be so mean. Adrianne never did anything to you. I'm most suprised at you AJ. We never laughed at you, when you were going through your problems."

After that, Kevin, Brian, AJ, and Howie felt really bad about what they had done. Nick was right.

"We're sorry, Nick." AJ said, "I hope you'll tell Adrianne that. We didn't mean to treat her the way we did. We've been so frustrated about getting this album done, that we took it out on her."

"It's ok" Nick said.

The five of them spent the rest of the day recording.

AJ looked at an open notebook Nick had near him.

"Wow, these some great songs, Nick." AJ said.

"I didn't write them." Nick replied, "Adrianne did."

"Really?" AJ asked, "I didn't know that."

"There's a lot of things you don't know about Adrianne." Nick said.

"Are you sleeping with her?" AJ asked.

Nick was shocked, "What?!?! Where'd that come from? No, I'm not sleeping with Adrianne!"

AJ continued, "But you like her?"

Nick closed the notebook and took it in his hand, "I gotta go." He got up and walked out the door.
