The next day~~~~Nick walked into the kitchen, looking confused. "Good afternoon Nick" Maria said. "What?! What are you doing here" Nick asked, his wife, who was almost 6 months pregnant. "I came to take you home where you belong" Maria said coldly. "Ok we'll leave tonight, I just gotta talk to a couple of people" Nick said walking back towards the stairs. He went up there and knocked on Katie's door 3 times. After no answer, he opened it and found nobody there. Then he saw her brother walking in the hall way. "Matt, you seen Katie" Nick asked. "No, not since 9 o'clock last night. She's not in there?" Matt asked. "No, she's not downstairs, my wife is. Where's Kevin" Nick asked. Matt shrugged his shoulders. "Since you and her had that long talk last night, before you went out to a club, maybe her and Kevin went to have a long talk as well" Matt said. "Yeah your probably right" Nick said walking into his room to pack.
A few days later in Orlando~~~~"Michele, can you come in here I need to talk to you" Brian asked his wife, who was busying putting Hayley to bed, since they were watching her. "Honey what's wrong you seem serious" Michele said as she walked into the living room. "Shell, you know that I would never do anything to hurt you intentionally, and that if I ever did, I'm so sorry" Brian started. "Brian what's wrong" Michele asked. "Michele, I love you, but not like I used to, I want a divorce, you can have everything" Brian stated. "Your kidding me?!.....No, your not, you're serious" Michele exclaimed looking directly at Brian. "I'm serious, you can have everything you want, I just want to get out of his marriage" Brian said. "Why? Everything's perfect. Is there somebody else?" Michele asked, almost crying. Brian was looking everywhere else, but at his soon to be ex-wife. "Brian!! Answer me!' Michele yelled. "Yes there is. I can't help it I fell in love with her" Brian said.
Two weeks later~~~"mommy!" Hayley shrieked and ran into her mother's arms. "Hi sweetie" Katie replied kissing her forehead. "Did you have fun with Uncle B-Rok and Aunt Shelly" Katie asked. "Yeah till Uncle B-Rok left. I missed you mommy" Hayley said. "I missed you too" Katie replied putting her down on the floor. "What happened' she whispered to Michele. "Brian and I are getting a divorce. He cheated on me" Michele said and ran up the stairs. "Come on honey, let's go" Katie said to Hayley. Katie then picked up Hayley's things and they left to go home. Katie watched as Hayley ran up to Kevin, who was standing in the living room. "Hayley, go upstairs to your room, there's a few presents" Kevin said. Hayley ran up the stairs, faster than you could think. "So when are we going to tell her, that in seven months, she's gonna have a new brother or sister" Kevin asked, as he sat down on the couch and pulling Katie to sit down with him. "Later, but right now I have something to tell you" Katie said. "What? Is it good news" Kevin asked. Katie nodded. "You're the father, in seven months your gonna be a daddy" Katie said, kissing him.
Later that night~~~"Hayley in a few months, your gonna have either a new brother or sister" Katie said. "Ok, that means Daddy is gonna live with us" Hayley asked. "No honey, Uncle Kevin is going to be the daddy of your brother or sister" Katie replied. "Why" Hayley asked. "You'll understand when you are older" Katie replied. "Ok mommy. I want a sister" Hayley said "I can't promise that" Katie said laughing.
Two weeks later~~~"Leslie, this is Kevin and his wife Katie. Kevin, Katie this is my girlfriend Leslie" Brian introduced. Brian had invited Kevin and Katie over to his new penthouse apartment, since he let Michele keep the house. "hi" both Katie and Kevin replied. "Ok just go into the living room and talk, dinner will be ready soon" Brian said and left for the kitchen. "Brian's cooking" Katie asked. "It's a good thing you're a doctor, cause we're gonna need you" Kevin replied laughing. "Very funny" Katie said. "I heard that' Brian yelled. "So, Leslie what do you do" Kevin asked. "I'm an attorney" Leslie replied. "How did you and Brian meet" Katie asked. "He came into my office wanting to sue somebody" Leslie replied. "Oh" "dinner" Brian yelled. "I'm going to go call 911" Kevin said joking. "How bad can it be" Leslie asked. "You'll find out" Katie replied laughing and they all walked into the dining room. "Wow, this isn't bad. You didn't cook this" Kevin said taking a bit. "My mom told me what to do exactly. You should see my phone bill" Brian said sheepishly. "So, how long have you been married and do you have any kids" Leslie asked Katie and Kevin. "We've been married for little over a month" Kevin said. "I have a daughter from a previous relationship" Katie said. "Yeah. Kev's been engaged to 2 different women, but Katie was engaged twice.....to the same man" Brian said. "Shut up" Katie and Kevin both said. "And in 6 months were going to have a baby" Katie said, putting a hand on her stomach which was just starting to grow. "Congratulations" Brian and Leslie both said. They four ate dinner peacefully and got to know Leslie, even though both Katie and Kevin were still a little shocked that Brian would actually cheat on his wife and get a divorce.
A few days later at work~~~~Katie was on the phone with Michele. "Yeah I met her" Katie replied while looking threw a patient's chart. "No, not she's not like a hooker. She's an attorney and very well mannered, smart. Not at all like the girl, AJ cheated with" About a year ago, AJ cheated on his wife, with a girl, who turned out to be a stripper. "Well at least, Brian has good taste, I guess" Michele sighed. "And remember, they were only going out for a few days before Brian told you. Normally a guy waits months or years, but Brian told Kevin and Kevin told me that Brian felt guilty after the 1st date and after the 3rd he felt so guilty that he had to tell you" Katie said. "Oh, I gotta go to work" Michele said. "You're a teacher, school started at 8;30 it's 10" Katie replied. "The day starts at 11 today" "oh ok talk to ya later" Katie said. "Yeah you too" Michele replied and hung up.
