In June ~~~~~~~ "Nick!!!! What the hell??" Maria screamed at him, as she walked into their hotel room. In two weeks she had to go back to Orlando, because she needed to go back to work. "Oh hey" Nick replied. A few days ago, Nick long, blonde, dread locks, which were driving everyone crazy, especially Maria. Once Maria saw them, she told him that they were not having sex until he took them out and that was 4 days ago. "Nick, are you trying to royally piss me off?" Maria asked. "Why would you think that?" Nick asked. "You put your hair in ugly dread locks. You leave a mess everywhere, you pee around the toilet instead of in it, you leave the seat up, play Nintendo, Sega, Playstation at all hours of the night. There are many more. What you are doing right now shows how immature you are" Maria replied. "Explain to me, why throwing meatballs, covered in spaghetti sauce, out of window, shows that I am immature" Nick asked, picking up a couple of meatballs and throwing them out of the window. "I'm not even going to answer that" Maria replied. Nick looked at her and continued throwing meatballs out the window. "

NICK!!!!!!!!!" They heard someone scream. Nick and Maria went over to the window and looked out. "Oh shit" Nick said, seeing Kevin standing on the sidewalk, covered in meatballs and spaghetti sauce. "You're going to be dead" Maria said laughing.

A few minutes later ~~~~~~ the door to the hotel room, flew open and Kevin stormed in. His hair covered in spaghetti sauce and bits of meatballs. Nick started laughing the minute Kevin walked in. "Nick, I wouldn't laugh if I was you" Maria whispered. "Why not its' funny" Nick replied. "It's only going to make it worse" Maria was trying very hard to hold her laughter in. "Kevin, before you say anything. I had nothing to do with this. It's all my stupid husbands fault" Maria said. "Nick go to the corner and stand there facing it" Kevin said. "I'm not a two year old Kevin" Nick replied. "Your acting like it, now go" "but" "DO IT!!!!" Kevin yelled. Nick walked over to the corner and stood there facing the wall. Kevin walked over to the bucket of meatballs and spaghetti sauce and picked it up and walked over to Nick and dumped it on his head. "It's going to be a lot harder to get the sauce and pieces of meatballs out of your hair, since it's in those dumbass dreadlocks" Kevin said and walked out of the room to go to his room to take a shower. "This is not fair" Nick whined and thought for a moment. "Wanna help me in the shower?" Nick asked Maria. "Hell No" Maria replied and left to go shopping.

Three weeks later ~~~~~~~ "Katie walked onto the bus, with a couple of shopping bags. She put them down and went to walk down the narrow hallway to the end of the bus, when she slipped on something and fell to the floor. "Owww" She shouted, grabbing her ankle. "Shit, Katie are you alright" Nick asked running over to her. "My ankle! Why is this floor all wet?" Katie asked. "I took shower and dripped water all over and forgot to clean it up. Is your ankle alright" Nick asked. "No! It hurts" Katie replied. "Come on, lets get you to the hospital" Nick replied helping her up.

In the waiting room at the hospital ~~~~~~~ "no one is answering their cell phones or beepers" Nick replied sitting down next to her. "I'm sorry" he said. "You know you don't have to pay for the bill" Nick said. "Your not paying for it. My health insurance will" "nope. One of the allotted expenses for all tours is for the accidents I cause. Every tour it goes up considerably. IF you look on the papers with the allotted expenses. You'll see A-C-B-N-G-C. That stand for Accidents Cause By Nickolas Gene Carter" Nick said. "I was wondering what that was about" Katie replied.

A few hours later ~~~~~~~ "Where are Nick and Katie" Kevin asked. "I don't know" Brian replied. "Where could they.....what happened" Kevin asked, as Katie walked onto the bus, with crutches and a bandage on her ankle and Nick following her. "She sprained her ankle, when she fell, cause of me" Nick replied. "She can answer for herself" Kevin said. "Hi AJ the freak! Hi Brian the minister! Hi Howie the short dude. Hi Kevy baby!" Katie said. "They gave her a lot of drugs" Nick said. "What kind?" AJ asked. "Some painkillers. The doctor said that they will either make her act basically like me but worse or that make her sleep a lot" Nick said proudly that he remember what the doctor said. "Well she was in la la land one minute and she's now asleep on Kevin" Howie said. Kevin stood up with Katie in his arms and carried her to her bunk and put her in it and covered her with a blanket. "Is there anything between those two that B-Rok and I should know about" AJ asked. "How would I know" Nick asked. "That's true, what was I thinking" AJ asked laughing.

In Orlando ~~~~~~~ Maria turned on the TV and sat down on the couch. She had just got home from a work and was exhausted. Even though Nick was a blonde pain in the ass, most of the time, she was begging to miss him.

"I'm John Norris with MTV News. Katie McLean who is currently on tour with the Backstreet Boys, will not be performing with the guys or doing her own performances for at least 3 weeks. She sprained her ankle, when she slipped on some water on a tour bus. Nick Carter apparently dripped water on the floor from his shower and forgot to clean it up. Once everyone arrives in Chicago, Katie will be catching a flight to Orlando so that she can rest at home" The New VJ said.

"His blondeness is now causing people to get hurt...oh crap" Maria mumbled and picked up the phone to have a talk with her husband.

"Nick!!! Are you there????" Maria screamed into the phone. Somebody was on his cell phone. "Mia? Baby? Yeah I'm here. Ooooooo what pretty colors. La la la la" Nick sang. "What the hell?? Nick put some one else on the phone" Maria said. "You don't love me?? You don't wanna talk to me??" "Nick, who is there with you?" maria asked. "AJ and his wife went out and are doing you know what, he he. Howie is out at some radio station. Let's see....la la la. Brian took Leslie out. Katie's asleep. Kevin's here making dinner for Katie. Woah, the room is spinning!!!! Cool dude" Nick said. "Nick put Kevin on the phone" Maria instructed. "You don't want to talk to him. He's angry" "I wonder what you did? Put him on the phone" "you don't want to talk to him. Woah I feel like I'm 10 feet tall and that I'm spinning. I like this" "Nick put Kevin on the phone now!!" Maria screamed.

"Maria?" Kevin asked a few seconds later. "I know Nick is whacked but what the hell happened to him" Maria asked. "He took a couple of Katie's painkillers with alcohol" "Your kidding" "Nope" "I leave three weeks ago and Nick causes Katie to sprain her ankle and leave the tour for a few weeks and takes pain medication with alcohol. What else has he done? Maria asked. "Just the usual. He's kinda scaring everybody cause he's been really nice to Katie. He is sorry for what he did and he's trying to make it up to her. Katie's like get away from me" Kevin said. Maria started laughing. "Nick!!!! No!!!! God damn" Kevin yelled. "What did he do now??" Maria asked, dreading the answer. "I cooked dinner for Katie and Nick ate it all before she even touched it. The new manager walked onto the bus, ya know the one who has been with us for about 3 weeks" Kevin asked. "Yeah. He's the mean guy. Nick says he's worse then you, when your angry. No offense or anything" "none taken. Nick just threw lasagna at him and mooned him" Kevin replied. "When my crazy husband returns back to normal. Tell him to call me" Maria said. "Back to normal? That could take years" Kevin said laughing. "You know what I mean" "yeah ok bye" "bye"

About 4 weeks later ~~~~~~~ In New York State ~~~~~~ Brian was on the phone with the airport trying to get tickets for a flight to Orlando, because his wife went into labor an hour ago and he wants to be there. "I only got 4 tickets" Brian said handing up the phone. "I wanna go home and see Maria" Nick said. ‘I'm going home as well" AJ said. "So am I" Howie added. "What about Kevin?" Nick asked. "He's asleep. He missed out" AJ said. "But he's asleep because he got sick. That's not fair" Nick said. "Too bad" AJ, Brian and Howie said. "Come on lets go home" Brian said. Everyone grabbed their bags and left the hotel, leaving Kevin behind, with no clue to what was going on.

Orlando ~~~~~~~ Katie was over at Maria's, when Nick came rushing in. "Hey baby!!!!!" He yelled, when he saw Maria. He picked her up and kissed her, a long passionate kiss. "That was one hell of a hello" Maria replied pulling away from Nick's lips. "What are you doing home?" Maria asked going to kiss him again. "Excuse me? I'm still here. I don't need to see this" Katie said. "Sorry. We're home cause Leslie went into labor and Brian had us all come home" Nick replied. "So Kevin's home, bye" Katie replied and went to grab her crutches. "Nope" Nick said. "Why not?" Katie asked. "Well he got sick, with the stomach flu. So he was asleep when Brian got the tickets. There were only 4 tickets for this flight and since we didn't want to disturb him from his sleep, we left him there and he has no clue to what is going on" Nick explained. "I thought the doctor said your ankle would only take 2 to 3 weeks to heal" He added. "Well when I went to my own doctor, two weeks later. They found that the tissue and ligaments in my ankle were hurt worse then they originally thought, so it looks like I'm out for the rest of the tour" Katie said. "I'm sorry" Nick replied. "Tell me what hotel you guys are in, in NY. I'm going there to be with Kevin" Katie said. Once Katie left, "Ya know you were bad boy for causing Katie to hurt her ankle that bad. I've got to punish you" Maria whispered in Nick's ear. Nick grinned and ran up the stairs with Maria following him.

A few hours later ~~~~~~~ "If thats what happens every time I cause someone to sprain their ankle. I'm doing it a lot more" Nick replied smiling and pulling Maria close to him and kissing her.

A week later ~~~~~~~ Brian opened the door to his house to find Kevin standing there. "Hey cuz" Brian said. "Congratulations. A little boy. What's his name?" Kevin asked walking in. "Brian Thomas Littrell Jr" Brian said proudly. "Your not going to yell at me for leaving you there, while you were sick are you?" Brian asked. "I was, but then my girlfriend came and took care of me. I was better the next day so we had about 6 days alone. That's was fun" Kevin said grinning. "Your having sex too??? Damn. Leslie and I have to wait 6 weeks before we can do it again" Brian whined. "Where is Leslie and the baby" Kevin asked. "Upstairs in the nursery" Brian said and went into the kitchen. Kevin went upstairs.

"Hey Kev. You didn't yell at Brian why?" Leslie asked. She had the baby cradled in her arms. "Katie "talked" me out of it" Kevin replied. "I get it. You wanna hold him?" Leslie asked. Kevin nodded and walked over to where she was sitting and carefully lifted the baby out of her arms. Holding a newborn baby, brought back memories of Katie and Kevin's's's son. Kevin's blinked a few times, trying to get rid of the tears cause he didn't want to let his emotions show, but Leslie could see them in his face. "I'm sorry about your son. Tell Katie I'm sorry too" Leslie said. Kevin placed the baby back in her arms. "I keep thinking that, If I didn't go to the wedding. Katie had a hard pregnancy. If I did stay with her and took better care of her. Maybe he would still be here' Kevin replied quietly. "You can't control everything that happens. If you could, Brian and AJ would accept you and Katie and you would have your son. NSYNC would be dead. Britney wouldn't be allowed to sing and would always be fully clothed and Carson wouldn't be the host of TRL and many more things" Leslie said.

AJ and Nick were out driving around Orlando, "oh shit!!" Nick exclaimed. "What" AJ asked. "Tomorrow is Maria's 21st birthday. I've gotta get her something" Nick said. "Nick now?? It's 10pm. All of the malls are closed" AJ replied. "K-mart is open 24 hours. I'll get it there" Nick replied.

The next night, after everyone went home and Nick and Maria were getting ready for bed ~~~~~~~ "How come I didn't get this much stuff for my 21st birthday" Nick asked. "They love me more" Maria replied. "What gifts did you get that I could use?" Nick asked and began going through her gifts. "AJ always give something related to sex that's nothing new" Nick said. AJ had given Maria a bag full of stuff from Spencers. "Brian gave you pest repellant huh? And a shirt that says I'm with Stupid" Nick asked. "It's a gag gift. Pest repellant for you Nick get I and the shirt do I even have to explain" Maria asked. Nick thought about it for a few minutes. "Ohhhhh. When I see Brian...." Nick replied. "Katie gave you clothes. Leslie gave you CD's. Howie gave you 200 bucks. What's this" Nick asked holding up what looked like a credit card. "It's a credit card for Versace. Kevin said that when I go to there and pick out something that I want. To just give them the card. He said if it goes over the amount not to worry. he'll take care of it" Maria said. "Shit I'm dead!!!" Nick thought. "K-mart crap verses all of this stuff" Nick thought. "Nick wheres you gift" Maria asked. "Uhhh I umm" Nick stumbled. "You didn't get me anything" Maria asked. "I did but I don't' think you'll like it" Nick said. "Nick it's the thought that count" Maria said. Nick went upstairs and came back down with a couple of wrapped gifts. Maria opened them. "Uhh well like I said it's the thought that counts' Maria said looking everything he gave her. She spotted a tag and pulled it and read it. "K-MART???? You bought these gifts at K-MART???" Maria yelled. Nick nodded. "Nick your cleaning the rest of this mess up, your sleeping on the couch and take lessons in gift giving from your friends. What AJ gave me, we will use so that's a thoughtful gift. Brian's gave me a laugh. Katie's and Leslie's was nice. Howie's I could always use the cash. Kevin's was nice. Yeah at first when I just saw a plastic card I was like what he's cheap but when I saw Versace and he told me that I could go over the limit. I changed my mind" Maria said.
