"She’s coming?" JC asked softly, his blue eyes sad, a state they seemed to be continuously locked in lately.

"Yup," Justin replied nodding.

JC’s chest heaved and his jaw twitched, panic now in his eyes. "I need a drink."

Justin brought a hand up to JC’s chest, stopping him. "No you don’t. She’s not going to want you back if you’re fucking wasted, man."

"Speak of the devil," Justin whispered as Jess and Roxy appeared and he went to greet them. She was decadent in violet, sheer strips of chiffon and lace, that sensual glow to her illuminating the room. She smiled as she saw Lance, and laughed as he whispered something in her ear, not a trace of melancholy to her.

God, he thought, she’s already over me.

He walked over to the bar and ordered two shots, downing them right there before wiping his mouth and walking over to the other side of the room and immersing himself within a crowd of women.

"JC!" they all seemed to yelp, their bleach-blonde hair blinding him. They were all the same, Hollywood types, B’s if you will- blonde, big-breasted, and beautiful. He smiled as they all rushed towards him, it felt good to be wanted.

He grinned as a girl, not more than eighteen, took his hand into hers and placed a small slice of paper into it. He discretely flipped the paper up and read it.

I’d love to get to know you better…Carlie- 775-2782

He winked towards her and she blushed, returning a sheepish grin and seductively waving her fingers towards him. She was pretty; long honey-blonde hair and clear, soft caramel-colored eyes. She was much smaller than he, her arms so thin, the bones in her upper-chest and shoulders looking as though they were trying to break through her creamy skin.

Model, he thought as he stuffed the number into his pocket. He glanced over towards Jess, who was still standing beside Lance, chatting away. He shook his head, turning to one of the waiters who was carrying a tray of drinks. JC grabbed a drink from the tray and nodded his thanks to the waiter before he turned to the six women who surrounded him.

Instantly he was bombarded with frivolous questions.

"So are you excited about your new CD?"

"Did you really write the songs on it?"

"Are you seeing anyone?"

"You wanna go upstairs?"

He shook his head, that charming smile still on his full lips and excused himself, venturing towards the wet bar and depositing his now empty glass into the sink. His stare turned towards Jess once again as he leaned against the marble countertop of the bar, watching her with a satisfactory smirk as she reached for a wine cooler. She took a sip and wrinkled her nose, before Lance, Justin, and Roxy laughed. She never drank unless something was drastically wrong, he thought, that congratulatory smile widening on JC’s lips, and he was what was drastically wrong.

He took another sip of his drink, watching her as she drank her wine cooler in small sips, her face scrunching almost every time. She was adorable, and it was so obvious that the men who surrounded her agreed. They all doted over her, watched her with that eye, just one step away from pouncing on her. JC watched them, disgusted, wanting to go and wipe the imaginary drool dripping from their bottom lips. They handed her one wine cooler after another- they just couldn’t wait to get her drunk, waiting until they could take her upstairs to one of Justin’s guest rooms.

He deposited yet another glass into the sink, clumsily reaching for a new one, his hand trembling until he felt the comfort of the cool glass. He brought it to his lips, barely parting them, letting the liquid drizzle through the narrow part between his full lips and over his tongue before making it‘s decent down his throat.

He watched as a man led Jess up the stairs, his hand tightening around the glass until he crushed it, the shards of glass piercing his through his hand, the liquid gushing through the cracks between his fingers. Blood trickled through his palm and down the inside of his arm, staining the dark denim of his jacket. He barely felt the pain, as he shook his hand out into the sink, bits of glass spewing in every direction. He caught the attention of Roxy, who poked Justin, and pushed him in the direction of JC.

"Man, go upstairs and wash it off," he muttered, disgusted at the fact that JC had drunken himself in another stupor.

JC nodded, his eyes unblinking, before staring down at his hand almost in disbelief, blood pooling in his cupped palm. He nodded again, to no one in particular and headed up the stairs.

JC bit his lip as he entered the bathroom and found Jess sitting on the counter, her head against the paneled wall, her eyes closed. He went to the sink and turned the gold-plated knob, warm water rushing into the basin below.

She opened her eyes, a lazy smile gracing her features as she saw him, her hand reaching out to touch his wounded one, bringing it to her face and inspecting it. He let her, too happy to complain as she pulled out a piece of glass that had been embedded within a cut. She released his hand and opened the medicine cabinet, handing him some peroxide and a bandage.

She patted his hand dry, her eyes not meeting his, and slowly rubbed on the peroxide, only glancing up as he grunted, then slowly lifted the edges of the bandage and pressed her palm flat into it.

She finally looked up, her eyes meeting his breath-taking azure ones, her pout parting in almost awe. "I miss you," she whispered, her voice barely audible, breaking the silence that had enveloped them for the past few minutes. "So much." She reached out her hand and grazed it over the stubble on his cheek, her touch so warm and inviting.

He shook his head, "Jess, don’t" he said, his voice not hardly as strong as the words it carried. "Please," he pleaded, as her nimble fingertips caressed the back of his neck.

"Why?" she whispered back, her speech lazy, slightly slurred, the words melting away. "I can’t do this anymore Jayce, I miss you," she murmured as her lips brushed against his, teasing him, making him yearn for more.

"Jess…It’s not right," he answered weakly, his eyes closing as her soft lips trailed kisses down his jaw and neck, a low moan escaping from his lips. "You…you and I…we…we can’t."

"Why?" she asked again, "Come on, just once more, C, I need you." She took his hand and led him into the adjoining guest room. He looked into her eyes, so lustful, his heart racing as she ran a hand down the front of his chest, pulling his jacket from his shoulder before her nimble fingers unbuttoned his shirt.

She wrapped her arms over his bare shoulders, her lips meeting his in a sweet kiss, her fingers going limp as he kissed her back, more hungrily than they had both expected.

He slowly slipped the violet straps from her slender shoulders, and pushed the dress down her chest, slowing revealing her full breasts and slim stomach. He held her close to him, his arms encircling her back and rubbing over her shoulders, tears almost escaping his eyes; it felt that good.

She knelt before him, sliding down the zipper of his brown leather pants, and slipping the material off of his slim hips, before dotting kisses down the trail of hair that started just below his navel. She ran her hands over the ripple of his stomach before she dipped her fingers on the inside of his boxer-briefs and pulled them from his waist, placing a single kiss on his newly revealed parts.

He pulled her up to him, slipping her dress all the way off of her body, before laying her on the bed and positioning himself above her, his lips hungrily ravaging over her, covering her with the sweetest of kisses as she softly giggled and kissed any skin of his that she could reach.

He entered her slowly, watching her as she bit her lip, and then lowered himself onto her completely, letting out a solitary grunt. He kissed her slowly and passionately before moving in and out of her, his thrusts causing soft moans from the both of them. He let out one final moan as they both reached their peak, her hands ceasing movement, his body collapsing onto hers.

She smiled dreamily as he buried his face into her hair, his chest still heaving, and wrapped her arms around his waist. He kissed her again, this time tiredly, his eyes drooping as he rolled off of her and turned over the bed spread, his body sliding between the cool, crisp moss green sheets. He pulled her into his arms, slowly kissing her one last time before they both closed their eyes.

Roxy slowly opened the door to the room, her head just barely peaking through to see the couple sleeping peacefully in each other’s arms. She silently shut the door and turned to the man beside her, placing a soft kiss onto his lips. "Brilliant work Mr. Timberlake," she whispered, a pleased smirk gracing her lovely features, "our plan worked like a charm."
