The Truth will Set you Free
I slowly opened the door to my new house Brandy and Amanda followed reluctantly behind me. I wasn't quite sure what was up with them especially Amanda ever since she saw this house you would have thought we were in the midst of AJ. WHOA! It suddenly came to me, I wasn't moving in with AJ Mclean was i?! I bit my lip nervously.
"MONICA!"
"Huh?"
"Ugh, you werent even listening were you?" Brandy asked with a pout. I shook my head no and she sighed.
"The movers want to know where to put your stuff."
"Oh umm upstairs its the second door to the right."
The movers walked past me and I felt myself get nervous. I was doing it I was actually moving out of Brandys house .....and into someone elses home who I wasnt quite sure who it was in the first place which could be very dangerous. Of course my suspicions could be right and it COULD be Ricky Martin I'm moving in with. If thats the case I have nothin to worry about because Ricky is gay. I walked around the house to familiarize myself with it when the phone rang. Brandy and Amanda looked at me. I walked over to the phone slowly as it was on its fifth ring. I picked it up even though I probably shouldn't have but hey this is my place too now.
"Hello?"
"Hey roomie!"
I gasped and almost dropped the phone. Oh my fucking god I was moving in with AJ MCLEAN!!!!! This was not happening. It was a horrible nightmare. It had to be! What are the odds of me moving in with AJ?! It was 1 to 1,000,000,000 right?!
"Um are you there?"
Oh yeah I forgot he was still on the phone.
"Yeah um sorry about that."
"Its cool listen I cant talk long I just wanted to welcome you to the house and introduce myself."
oh god here it comes..
"I'm Alex"
"I'm .......Monica."
There was silence on the other end for about 5 minutes. Holy shit he figured it out he had to remember me. I was the only girl last year who single handedly screwed up his two-timing act.
"Monica, nice to meet you."
What the fuck was that? No what the hell are you doing in my house . He didnt remember me? Hm, this might go pretty good after all.
"Nice to meet you too Alex?" I said kind of unsure about it.
"Listen I have to go but tomorrow we'll meet face to face. That sound cool?"
"Yeah."
"Great I'll talk to you later."
I hung up the phone still unsure about what had just happened. Brandy and Amanda rushed over to me. I could see in their eyes they were curious to know what happened. Wait a minute if this is AJ's house then they both knew and weren't going to tell me.
I glared at them.
"Why didn't anyone tell me I was moving in with Aj Mclean?!"
Amanada looked down shuffling her feet,"Well you were so happy and I ..and then..ya know?"
"Look," Brandy started" Amanda saw you were happy and didnt want to crush you and I just didn't care."
"Ugh whatever. I don't think he remembers me anyways."
"Seriously?"
"Yeah so its no big deal."
Brandy laughed,"He doesnt remember you now, but when he looks at you. You're screwed!"
"Thanks for the vote of confidence Dee."
"Hey I'm always here to help." She smiled angelically
