Wanna be introduced to the dancers that make the show a terrific ones (along with the band, boys and crew of course!)
EMO---I love motorcycles and watching Kung-Fu movies.
Favorite colors are army green and black and blue.
I've been working with the BSB since '97 with Fatima as a dancer and sometimes co-choreographer.
I was born in Chicago but raised in California.
The best part of being with BSB is the audience and the fans. The energy I get each night makes all the hard work worthwile. We are all family here and it's great to work with everyone here.
SLEEPY---I love to dance and.. sleep(surprise surprise). I also love pasta and learning new things.
I was born in Missouri where I went to Normandie High School then I went to California to pursue my dream of dance. I was inspired to dance by my little brother.
I've worked with Fatima on previous jobs:Aaliyah,702 and Master P. My favorite part of being on tour is the opportunity to dance and perform with the Backstreet Boys.
RORO---I love the colour turquoise, BBQ ribs with potato salad and pretty girls.
I worked with Fatima a little while ago with Aaliyah, then Fatima started using me on BSB jobs:BSBack and Larger Than Life now you can see me on the Millennium Tour. The energy from the crowd and dancing with my closest friends including my brother Sleepy.
TERESA---I love Dragons, Ladybugs and anything thats in leopard print.
Shopping: I love shoes, bags, jackets and watermelon lip gloss. I graduated from the High school of performing arts in New York and have worked with lots of other people besides BSB including Puffy, Celine Dion and the Martha Graham dance ensemble. The most exciting part of being on tour is travelling as a family and our performing on stage with BSB, the live band and making the audience happy. It's all an adreneline rush.
NIKI---She's A Canadian Girl! Go Canadians!!!! We rock! I was born in the Caribbean(St.Vincent and the Grenadines) but I was raised in Canada. I moved all over living in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, then Toronto, Ontario and ended up in Calgary Alberta. I'm a real Canadian girl at heart but I had to move to LA to make my dancing dreams come true. I love stuffed animals and watching cartoons. My favorites are stuffed dragons, fluffy teddy bears and really ugly animals that only I could love. I love listening to Caribbean music(Calypso,Soca and Reggae) and teaching dance. I began working with Fatima last year and after working with her on various jobs I got the opportunity to join the Millennium Tour. I have also worked with Jay-z, Puffy, Will Smith, Faith Evans,etc.... My unofficial nickname is "gimpy" because I always seem to be hurting myself somehow. For instance now I have a broken finger. I love being on this tour. Being around the Boys(who are the best), the band, the crew, we're all family. I love being able to travel and performing on stage.See you soon....
KRISTIN---I love cows or anything cowprint and grape blow-pops. I'm from Middletown, Conneticut and I graduated fron Fordom University in the Bronx,NY. Some of the artist I've danced for previously are Will Smith, Brandy, the Artist and Mase. I love being on tour with BSB because of how much fun I have on stage. It's just like we're a big family interacting with all of you(the fans)each night gives me a natural high.
REGGIE---First off, I love MacDonald's food. My favorite is a filet-o-fish without sauce and a whole slice of cheese. I'm the youngest member of the BSB dance team. I've been dancing prof. for 4 years and was asked to do the tour after working with Fatima on the GAP Khaki Soul commercial and also Will Smith.
The best part, for me, about being on tour with BSB is tavelling around the world and meeting people. Hope to meet you soon.....
NEFERTITI---(Fatima's Sister) My name comes from the Queen of Egypt
I enjoy reading Iyanla Vanzant's books and I love butterflies.
My sister Fatima taught me routines on various music videos including Faith Evans and Will Smith. After dancing on a couple of award shows with the BSB's, my talents were recognized and now I'm dancing on the Millennium Tour. I was raised in LA,California and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Georgia State University in Atlanta. Gymnastics was my first love then I began dancing. The best part of being on tour with the Boys is traveling to new places, expanding my mind with new experiences and performing on stage.
AMY---My favorite animals are cats and I really, really LOVE Mountain Dew. I grew up an "army brat" in a military family. We moved around a lot and ended up in St.Louis,MO. Even though I love hip-hop dance, my training is in ballet, jazz and tap at such places as the San Francisco Ballet and the Kirov Ballet.
Sharing my love of dance , being able to travel and perform infront of such an energetic audience is the best part of being on tour with BSB.
SWOOP---I just love to dance. I also enjoy skating, learning new things and teaching dance to kids.
I was born in Kansas City,Missouri. I started dancing with my brothers and we would perform in local talent shows. My big break came when MC Hammer called my friends and I on stage to audition. The crowd enjoyed us so much that MC Hammer decided to keep us on the tour. And that's how my prof. dance carreer started.
I met Fatima a number of years ago and have been working with her ever since. Along with the Boys I've worked with CeCe Peniston, Heavy D,Brandy, Dr.Dre,etc.... I am priviledged to be the assisstant choreographer on the Millennium Tour.
The best part of being on tour is being with the Backstreet Boys and performing for you the audience.
