Hot Laps at Limerock
Well, not all that hot. Although we were doing about 60mph in the turns, 75mph on the straight on these "parade" laps at Limerock. They told us the speed limit would be 55mph. Right! Hey, they didn't send a pace car out in front of us so....

Here's Jim waiting his turn. The lot we use for this course is huge!! The faster cars are doing 70-75mph down the straight. The Spit, well may 60mph. For us little guys it's a third gear course which is unusual in these parts.
Pinewood Derby Spitfire
Here's a Pinewood Derby "Little Blue" my son and I crafted. This car actually took 5th place. It is the color of "Little Blue" before I restored him.
