El Paso Corporation - 25,000 sq ft., £3.6m

New European Headquarters of America’s largest natural gas company situated on Trafalgar Square.  The project included a 1300 sq. ft. computer room with state of the art risk management systems for 120 energy traders, 80 support staff, and high quality meeting and executive suites, all completed within 20 weeks.

Spencer Stuart - 27,000 sq ft., £2.2m

In-situ refurbishment of the existing offices for leading privately held, global executive search consultancy.  The scope of works included reception and meeting room suite with high tech audio visual requirements and full catering kitchen.  This highly complicated project was phased over 42 weeks without disruption to the companies business.

CPM (LCL, Begbies Traynor, SCP) - 14,600 sq ft, £1.75 m

Category A refurbishment of 32 Cornhill for a newly formed property management company and relocation of three associated tenant companies, each with their own individual requirements and levels of specification.  All areas were completed within an extremely tight 15 week period on site.

BMG Entertainment - 3,200 sq ft., £1m

Creation of client and staff café, at the Fulham offices of one of the world’s leading media companies, to rival some of their competitors West End facilities.  The facilities provided included informal meeting areas, dining, bar and games areas, phased over a 19 week construction period.
