Việt-Tell functionality is to read out loud what you typed on the screen in Vietnamese. At the moment it able to accept the one and only, Unicode encoding fonts. Other encoding styles will be added if there is request for it. For example: VPS,VNI and etc.

Giới thiệu: TTS-V l software dùng để đọc tiếng Việt cho các bạn.
Hiện thời thì chỉ đọc được các chử được viết bằng unicode font m thôi.
Nó được viết bằng: Visual Basic .NET
Cấu tạo bởi: giọng người thiệt v 1 Data-Base từ điển ghép nối.
Nếu các bạn muốn thử xin tải xuống link số 4 v cần tải thêm nếu các bạn chưa có c i đó l link số 2 v 3.
Tuy nhiên software n y vẩn chưa ho n th nh vì đây chỉ l giai đoạn đầu trong thử nghiệm m thôi cho nên một số từ khó đánh vần vẩn chưa được cho v o hoặc một số từ còn thiếu. Cho nên nếu có từ n o thiếu xin các bạn email về cho người đại diện của chúng tôi để được đưa v o Data-Base cho ho n hảo hơn.
Requirements:

2. .Net FrameWork, downloadable from Microsoft WebSite, approximately 20MB link

3. WinAce Archiever Version 2.04 or above. Link provided bellow.

The .NET FrameWork is for system wide installation, similar to Visual Basic 6 run-time files.
Winace is use for extracting the the alpha3 package
Please download all the alpha3 package, create any new directory and extract all the alpha3 package to this directory and execute as normal.
As for Unicode problem, make sure you have the following Unicode fonts on your system: Arial and Tahoma.
We are using VPSKey in Unicode Mode as normal.
Try type something in Vietnamese within Microsoft-Word and copy it to the Viettell Window by clicking in the typing area and Press "Ctrl-V" . That is short cut for paste, system wide.
