Seeking Support
For StressPeople who have social support (friends, families, co-workers) tend to handle stress much better than those without it. Getting and keeping close relationships gives you easy access to support during stressful times. The quality of your relationships, and the amount of intimacy is probably more important than the number of relationships. Remember, those who receive support are those who give it!
