Disclaimer/Rules for Coll's Dolls 1. Not all things on this site were made by me. Many were found on graphic diaries who got it from a website who got it from a website, etc. Sometimes I find a graphic and alter it to make it better. If you see a graphic that is yours please email me (COLKNO13@cs.com) and I will gladly link you. * 2. I do make blinkies. If you request too many at once I have a right to only make the blinkies I want to. I also have the right to not make them the way they were requested, or not make one at all. I have a list of over 50 blinkies to make on average. Please be patient and don't email me all the time asking where it is. When it's ready it'll be in either "Requested Blinkies" or "Name Blinkies" - look for it. * 3. I don't make banners unless you upload it on your own server. That means I'll email it to you and you'll have to figure out how to get it on the internet on your own. * 4. I am willing to help anyone with some HTML problems. But I'm not helping with frames anymore. It takes too much time and I end up doing it all on my own anyway. And since you didn't know how to do frames you'll also need to me target every page and the whole nine yards. Hint: certain companies like Easy Designer or Webspawner do not allow frames codes. Try a few places before you get angry. * 5. I never require a link back unless you are displaying a blinkie I made for you. But it is always appreciated. I have a limited amount of internet space and I'd really like to display things that would have more use than a doll with a certain color hair that says, (example) Kasey loves Brian. * 7.
