Wearing and Tearing
League News: Starting Monday, July 28th, Amy, Rita and many other TDs will be doing back to back tourneys! Mondays will now be known as, "Marathon Mondays"! All TDs and HTDs should have received an email from Rita on the 24th, with the information on running tourneys in the marathon!! We're all looking forward to Monday, July 28th, which will be our first day doing the Marathon. Hopefully all goes well and everyone has a good time!!!
Reminder: League members, please remember that all Yahoo IDs must not be in the "Provisional" state! Please play your 20 Yahoo games before entering any league tourneys or playing any league games! Thank You! (Don't forget to read all league rules!!)
TD of the Month of August is... "TD of the Month" are chosen by the admin staff only! The TD of the Month will recieve bragging rules, name posted here on the league page, name announced in the league newsletter, 100 buxs (oooo nice right!), and two get out of hosting a tourney free pass. Trentoiler The T.O.C. (Tournament of Champions) is held once a month. It's an INVITATION ONLY tourney. Members of the Pool Buds who have won a tourney from the previous month will be invited to participate in the T.O.C. The T.O.C. will be a non-ladder stat tourney, so if you win/lose it won't count in your league stats. Other members who are not invited to the T.O.C. are invited to watch the event. We do ask for 100% cooperation by all members present at the time. Depending on how many people invited for the T.O.C. show up, this tourney may be extremely long! Tourneys will follow the T.O.C. for those who are still present in the room.
