JACK
Jack is truly the all rounder. Everything he takes on, he does with pure enthusiasm. I have recently joined the Lure Racing and Earth Dog Club, where they hold Lure racing days, and also Earth dog trials, where the dogs go into tunnels to seek out the 'rabbit', and these wonderful little dogs get to do what they were bred for, and what comes naturally to them. Any small 'terrier type' dog whether pure bred or mixed can join in. Jack and I attended our first racing day on 8th March 2008. The dogs wear 'scrunchies' around their necks to identify them, the same colour as the starting box they are starting from. (Poor Jack, I told him he looked like Bozo the Clown!)Though Jack was no racing superhero, we both had a great time. Thanks Shell for taking these great pics.

June 2008 saw us off to our second go at Lure racing. This time, Jack had it all figured out, and when that box opened he was off and racing! Jack won 2 of his races this time, a true professional...
