These Babies are about 6-8" in height. They are constructed of cloth and use basic sewing techniques to complete. The are filled with polyester to be hypoallergenic and totally machine washable.

The faces can be made with tiny buttons for eyes or hand embroidered with French knots for eyes and single straight stitches for the mouth using embroidery thread or Pearl Cotton.

The clothing is from my own hand drafted patterns and I have adapted to different dresses as I go.

There are bloomers, bonnet pattern and dress pattern. There is a boys overall pattern, which can be adapted to shorts pattern. Tiny tee shirts for the boys can be made with scrap knit material. I have a small ball cap pattern not included, but have found that a purchased hat is sometimes easier. But I have made a cap to go with a boy's outfit. Just extremely small and very hard to do.

Along with the basic dress there is a pattern for smocked bishop and smocked bonnet. No pleater needed. They are so tiny that they can be done with a running stitch on the machine and then hand gathered. Nice way to do some embroidery by hand or practice those smocking stitches. This pattern I will include later.

This is a very simple doll to make. A Brownie Troop did them last year. We had a ball.
