Hi, I'm Monika, Elisabeth Resech (Nickname: Jea Jea Bop) and I would like to introduce you to my band, the Cadillac Cats!

I first started the Cadillac Cats in 1989 with Supie Dee (b) and Petty Pig (dr) in Leverkusen/Germany, while I was still living in munich. So I was traveling a lot! We've been in local papers without even having one gig! So this was quite fantastic! Great start anyway! Unfortunalety it didnt last forever and we split up.
With Supie and Petty we recorded in Cologne the songs "Bop'n'blues", the "Paul blues" and "Back to N.Y.".

I then started again this time in munich with Evi (g), Monika (b) and Leo (dr) and ofcourse myself on guitar and vocals. We've been in the studio and recorded songs like "59' Bel Air" (the one I really would like to have!!) and "Boogie Woogie".

After that I've done everything by myself! Again, I went in the studio for 3 days locked out and recorded "Boogie Woogie" again and also "59' Bel Air" and "Joe(y)" all then played by myself!

In 1996 I moved to England and I'm still here then and will start all over again. The man who most influenced me in music and guitarplaying was Brian Setzer from the Stray Cats.

Born in 1959 I always wanted a 59' Bel Air, which was ofcourse the idea of this song. I'm enjoying aswell visiting gigs of rock'n'roll bands like Quo and Hurricaneparty, which you can find both websites on my links! (Have a look at them!!!)

I'll hope you have fun on this site!
keep on rockin'
