• PLEDGE AS ALBANY CITY COURT JUDGE TO IMPROVE EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE IN THE CITY IN THE CITY OF ALBANY BY BEING FIRM AND CONSISTENT BUT FAIR

• UPHOLD AND BE VERY SENSITIVE TO LAWS REGARDING
       A)    PUBLIC SAFETY
       B)    DRUG RELATED OFFENSES
       C)    PROPERTY LAWS
       D)    CITY TRAFFIC OFFENSES

• foster greater respect by Albany city court for
  the legal system and the citizens of Albany

• encourage Albany city court judicial reforms-
      A)    more even handed and QUICKER criminal;
                      civil and traffic court disposition
      B)    FOSTER greater outreach of city court personnel
                      to  the citizens of Albany

• John Scott has pledged not to contribute judical campaign funds to other political canidates or parites
