See that cool lookin' lizard holding on and ridding that bucking wild Garfield? That's Youshi(no, not Yoshi it's Y O U S H I)! Many people have pets. The most common pets for humans out in the market are cats, dogs and emu; but I have an iguana. She was given to me when I was a youngin' (10+ years ago). I'm not quite sure how long chick iguanas live, but I suspect she won't be croakin' anytime soon.
Take a look at that cute picture again. This was taken when she was a little baby bouncing Youshi. Now-a-days, she’s kinda pissed all the time. Why? Well it's a story all right. As many of us know, most pets start out smaller and grow bigger as a function of time. Well that's not quite true with Youshi. In general, it can be said that yes, she grew bigger with time but she's also had some tail trouble.
Modern day Youshi kinda lopes around and hisses at people (and don't get too close or she'll take your finger off faster than a mantis shrimp ). I guess that's understandable due to her tail trouble, or maybe she’s sad she doesn’t get to play as much outside (she’s gotten too smart to be left alone outside for very long). Now the high points of her day come at potty time. She doesn't potty all the time like she's suppose too, but we all still love her.
