Recipe:-
1) Gently fry the garlic and the ginger in some
oil for 2 minutes.
2) Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute more.
3) Add the chicken, mix well so it's covered in
the spices, and fry until brown.
4) Add the tomatoes, chilli flakes, and mango chutney.
Stir well and simmer for 2 minutes.
5) Add the coconut milk, mix together thoroughly,
and simmer for 30 mins, or until the mixture has thickened enough
for your tase.
6) Garnish and serve with popadums. Yum!
