- Cajun Steak-

A simple modification to traditional steak.

 

Ingredients:-

  • 1 steak (sirloin is probably the best trade-off between price and quality)
  • A pot of cajun spice (you can find this in the spice section of most supermarkets)

Recipe:-

1) Fry the steak under a medium grill for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. (Adjust cooking times to cater for how you like your steak).

2) Sprinkle the cajun spice liberally over one side of the steak and cook for a furthur two minutes.

3) Serve with chunky steak chips, mushrooms, and onions.
