Trish title win at Mania?

Trish's chances of regaining the women's title at Wrestlemania have been boosted with the news that Victoria requires surgery on a knee injury. It's been reported that the reigning champion is being troubled by her right knee and is holding off surgery until after the big event in March, so it looks for certain that the belt will change hands in Seattle, either to Trish or Jazz. It's unclear how long Victoria would be kept out of action. Discuss this matter on the Stratusfied Forum!

She's Back!!!

As if Trish didn't have enough to compete with, old rival Jazz returned to the women's title scene last night on RAW with a vicious attack on the Maple Leaf Beauty. After a brutal Chicago Street Fight match against Victoria, in which Trish had fought valiantly against the 'team' of Victoria and Steven Richards, insult was added to the injury of her defeat when Jazz attacked the 3-time Women's Champ. It was a sustained attack that signalled Jazz was very much back and ready to pick up her feud from last year with Trish. But it's unclear if this will lead to a 3-way feud for the title...whatever happens, the odds will be stacked firmly against our girl Trish.

Trish in Japan!

Trish has been delivering Stratusfaction on the RAW brand's tour of the Far East over the past few days. In South Korea, she teamed with Jackie to beat Victoria and Molly after she hit the women's champ with the Stratusfaction to score the pin! It was the same outcome in Tokyo, Japan the next night but the tour ended in disappointment when Trish was defeated by Victoria in singles action. The RAW crew will now dash back to the States for the live RAW show this Monday night.

RAW Report

The tide continued to turn on RAW this week as Trish pinned Victoria after delivering a dose of Stratusfaction! Trish teamed with The Hurricane to face Victoria and Steven Richards in mixed tag action, meaning only the men could fight the men and likewise for the women. This didn't stop Richards from continually trying to get at Trish, but once Hurricane dealt with that threat, Trish nailed Victoria with her Stratusfaction bulldog before scoring the pin. With Trish now gaining the upper hand in this feud, it looks only a matter of time before the women's title is back around her waist.

Queen Trish - It's Official!

Trish last night scooped the gong for 'RAW Diva of the Decade' at a glittering awards bash in New York. She held off the challenge of fellow nominees Sunny, Sable, Chyna and Lita to be crowned as WWE's premier Diva. In accepting the award, Trish said it was an honour to be part of a group of women whose roles have evolved so far. She thanked Moolah for opening so many doors, Sunny and Sable for proving they can be sexy, Chyna for proving they can be powerful and all the current women who have redefined what it takes to be a Diva. Proof, if it need be, that Trish Stratus really is the creme de la creme of wrestling divas! CONGRATULATIONS TRISH!!!

RAW Report

No sign of a match for the Royal Rumble, but Trish exacted a measure of revenge on her arch enemy last night. Trish and Victoria were joined by Jacqueline in a triple threat hardcore rules title match, which ended rather predictably with Steven Richards screwing Trish, allowing Victoria to steal the victory. Alas, an after-match shock was in store when The Hurricane came to the aid of Trish as she lay merciless as the hands of Richards and Victoria. Later in the night, Trish accompanied Hurricane to ringside for his match against Richards - a match which Hurricane won before he and Trish cleaned house on their rivals. This may set up Trish/Hurricane vs. Victoria/Richards for the PPV but as nothing has been announced, this is doubtful.

RAW Report

Trish was last night screwed once again in her long running feud with Victoria. Her tag match - Trish/Jackie vs Victoria/Molly - degenerated into a farce when Molly distracted the ref, allowing Steven Richards to clock Trish, with Victoria following up for the pin. A clear pattern of sneak wins for Victoria is sure to end at some point and it's only a matter of time before Trish sees justice done. Royal Rumble perhaps?...
