Trish News

Trish was this week featured in UK newspaper 'The Sun' and talked about a variety of things. She explained her background in wrestling and spoke briefly about her family. The article was done as a preview to the WWF European Tour, which hits the UK next week, with Trish scheduled to appear as part of the RAW roster.

RAW Report

24 hours after Backlash, Trish teamed with Jackie to take on Jazz and Molly on Raw. Jazz slammed Trish into the steel stairs on the outside to take Trish away from the action and then nailed Jackie with the Women's Title, allowing Molly to get the pin. After the match, Trish was attacked by Jazz and Molly but fought back and sent them packing, and as they retreated from the ring, Trish angrily shouted after them. The war between Trish and Molly/Jazz is really beginning to heat up now.

Backlash Report

Trish lost her brave fight for the Women's Title in a bruising encounter at Backlash last night. However, her cause was not helped after a sneak attack by Molly before tha match. Jazz went on to win after locking in the STF submission hold, forcing Trish to tap out. It's unclear whether Trish will now continue her war with Jazz or have a feud with Molly. Time will tell...

RAW Report

Trish was interviewed backstage by Coach regarding her #1 Contender match against Molly. However, Trish was interrupted by Molly, who said that if she became Women’s Champion, she’d be the first pure and wholesome champ. Later in the ring, Trish and Molly went at it for the right to face Jazz for the title at Backlash. Trish was on the offensive and crashed Molly into the announce table. When the two got back in the ring, Molly got the rollup 1-2, but Trish reversed it for a rollup of her own 1-2-3! Trish is going to Backlash to face Jazz for the title!

RAW Report

On RAW last night, Trish and Molly continued to build a fierce rivalry - with a little help from Jazz. Trish was seen backstage being interviewed by The Coach before being interrupted by William Regal. Trish had been commenting on last week’s sneak attack by Molly, but Regal insisted his own feud with Spike Dudley was of more importance.
In the ring later, Trish faced Molly with Women’s Champ Jazz joining the commentary team - and then refusing to talk! The entertaining match went back and with Trish looking to hit her Stratusfaction finisher before Jazz got involved, setting up Trish to be pinned.
Incidentally, Jazz had one shiner of a black eye which was visible during ‘commentary’. It was heavily inferred that Trish may have had something to do with this...

Trish heading to Europe...

Trish will be in Europe this May taking part in the WWF tour. The RAW roster will be holding shows in Germany, Scotland and England at the beginning of the month. This is assuming that Jazz is still Women's Champion. Was Trish to win the belt before then, she may well be back in the States, wrestling on Smackdown! On a side note, the Raw roster held a house show on Tuesday night but Trish was not on the card.

RAW Report

In the first week of Ric Flair's Raw show, Trish found herself in action against Terri. The two Divas had clashed backstage, leading to a ‘Paddle On The Pole’ match. Trish won the match by hitting the bulldog, allowing her to climb the pole and retrieve the paddle. However, after the match, Molly Holly attacked Trish with the paddle, smashing it over her head. Thankfully, it would seem that Trish will now be involved in a feud with Molly rather than Terri. Molly is one of the most underrated female wrestlers in the WWF and will be able to test Trish on a regular basis, whereas Terri is clearly not a grappler and would struggle to bring credibility to any such feud.
