Barely Restrained Greed
It's four in the morning. Can I eat my Easter egg now, or
do I have to sleep first?

That's a great pic! :D
Happy Easter egg-eating.
It's been pastel-coloured peanut M&M's for me. My downfall. Must eat them 'till their gone.
Damn, I hate candy holidays!

Egg now, easter later. Jeez Sydenham seems to have changed since I used to visit it in the 70s.

Eat anytime. But don't go out!

Orders understood and obeyed! It's like Threads in here.

The Seventies? Yoinks. Anywhere I lived in the seventies seems great to me, but that's largely because my interests were solelyinformed by the presence of slugs, ant farms, edible necklaces, trees that might have witches living in them, and a regular ice cream van appearance.

Isnt it? I wake up in just such a pose frequently. Particularly the other night, when I had a nightmare that sightless zombies were pushing my eyes out.
I was bored last week, so went back and naughtily deep linked pics for every entry, no doubt causing the page to take twenty hours to load on Looby's 28K dial up connection. Ooops.

I just got back from my Easter ritual. I go out to the local java trough and get something decadent, big, and caffienated. I then drive around the town at a liesurely pace with my windows down.
Every so often, I pass a church and let fly with a volley of "GIVE US BARABBUS!"
I'm a popular bloke come Easter.

Lol! Caiaphas was always my favourite name from Godspell.
I'm on java number two. I've eaten one third of an Easter egg for brekkie, java three will be drunk in the rapidly cooling bath, where I will try to manipulate a creaky neck out of it's crunchiness without it reminding me of the last shag I had, then it's cooking dead bird time, which I have no idea whatsoever how to do, so that will probably necessitate java number four.
Once that's done (hah, as if that will ever be done), it's Roots time for me. I'm not leaving the house till I know where the bombings today turned out to be.

No bombings yet, but it's still early on this side of the pond.
My big plans for the remainder of the day involve another pot of coffee and copious writing. This book will never get finished, but at least it's a better way to spend my time than drooling in front of the television.

Duch is trying to persuade me to buy a house on a hill in Tennessee where I can write a novel. I'd rather write a good limerick.
I know what you mean about drooling teev, but I'm not sure isolation and introspection are any healthier. Of course I say this from the comfort of having been off work for a week. It'd be a different story, otherwise.
