1. My name is Ruta.
2. I live in a sort of large town that acts like a small one.
3. I live with my mom, stepdad, two sisters, a brother, and my dog.
4. Well I can't call him that, he's the "family dog" and he loves my mom more than me.
5. So that's why I want to get some ferrets.
6. They will like me the most plus they're really cute and fun and just a good pet you know.
7. I had a fish named Ringo George.
8. But he died because I put him in the wrong kind of water.
9. Hm let's see. I enjoy listening to music.
10. All kinds of music. I have a very ecclectic taste but I also really don't enjoy a lot of music.
11. Right now I'm listening to The Flaming Lips, Yoshimi battles the pink robots pt. 1
12. That's a good song.
13. Sometimes me and music don''t get along though.
14. I have a bad habit of finding a really great song and listening to it for about three days straight (no joke) and then getting sick of it.
15. This sometimes ruins lots of music for me so I try not to do that.
16. But it's hard because I'll really really want to listen to that song non stop.
17. I also enjoy taking pictures.
18. I have two cameras that coast about $10 each.
19. But they're really good cameras and I have lots of nice pictures.
20. I love traveling.
21. I usually get to go to Germany every summer.
22. This summer me and my best friend were supposed to go to Barcelona.
23. But that didn't work out.
24. Mainly because I couldn't get a job.
25. I'm not good at that.
26. I can speak German pretty okay.
27. I went to school in Germany from the end of second grade to most of third.
28. I was fluent in about four weeks.
29. But that's really easy when you're young.
30. Oh yeah I went to my first day of kindergarden not knowing how to speak barely any English.
31. That was interesting.
32. I remeber my teacher yelling at me and I didn't know why.
33. I had a boyfriend in kindergarden.
34. But he left me for someone else.
35. Kindergarden is rough.
36. Alex just called me a few minutes ago.
27. She's my best friend.
28. I don't really have many friends, except for her.
29. Not because I don't enjoy people, although quite a few of them are very unpleasant.
30.I'm just shy I guess and I've never approached anyone in my life so whether I had friends or not depended on if someone approached me and I guess I seem kind of unapproachable.
31. Oh I didn't mention any physical traits. I'll bet you're wondering what I look like, or not.
32.Hm let's see oh well I am 16 and maybe like 5'4 or 5'3 or so.
33. My hair used to be short but now it's touching my shoulders.
34. I dyed it red and then black and now I'm waiting for it to grow out enough so I can cut it and have my natural hair color back.
35. It's taking a long time.
36. I think my eyes and shoulders are very pretty.
37. Let's see, it's kind of hard thinking of 100 random things about yourself.
38. I don't enjoy my high school very much but whatever.
39. Who does?
40.I do enjoy my english class though.
41. I like books and writing and poetry and things like that.
42. Last month I went to a creative writing summer program at Columbia which cost me a lot of money but I learned a lot and I think it was worth it.
43. I could've bought a car with that money.
44. But I don't plan on taking my road test anytime soon because I'll have to pay lots of money to my parents because their car insurance goes way up if I want to drive their cars.
45. And besides I'm leaving in two years anyway.
46. To go to college that is.
47. Oh yeah I still think my writing sucks though.
48. I wish I could write well, that would be nice.
49. I like lots of strange things.
50. Halfway there!
51. I don't know if it's fair to call them strange because I certainly don't think they are but you know thats the opinion of the general public usually.

53. Particularly a specific hallway in a specific airport.
54. In Newark, the hallways that lead to your gate, where non ticketed passengers have to say goodbye and watch their loved ones walk away.
55. I really like that hallway.
56. I also like rain.
57. But usually only the really good rain.
58. The kind that falls down really hard and hurts when it hits your skin.
59. I like washing my hair and dancing around in that kind of rain.
60. I'm also a fan of kind of sad things.
61. I don't know why I just think it's just beautiful sometimes.
62. Like when a boyfriend comes back to his ex-girlfriends house with a cardboard box full of her stuff.
63. I don't know why but I really like that.
64. Or when someone is moving and they see their entire life packed up in those cardboard boxes.
65. Cardboard boxes are a nice thing.
66. I also just enjoy being sad sometimes.
67.I don't know why but sometimes listening to a really sad song and crying your eyes out for no reason at all is what hits the spot.
68. Crying is really good for you anyway.
69. Oh boy I am sounding pretty strange right about now I'll bet.

71. I like the way corduroy feels.
72. Especially as pants or a bag.
73. I'm currently learning how to read tarot cards.
74. Which is exciting because I like things like that.
75. One year I almost completely converted to being a Wiccan.
76. But that didn't work out for me.
77. It's still one of my favorite religions though and I think it's really really nice.
78. I hate it when people freak out and are like omg! omg! isn't that with like witches and like magic and like eew you're sooo weird and scary.
79. That's just stupid and ignorant.
80. I had an interesting childhood.
81. I moved at least once every year until 9th grade.
82. My dad died when I was 6.
83. Then my mom married my stepdad that I really really hated.
84. You'd think I would have been a pretty screwed up kid but actually I was really happy.
85. So I think that's weird and when I remeber all the stuff that happened I'm like wow that really sucks but I was really just like oh well and then played with my barbies.
86. I miss my dad though.
87. I really liked him and he was only 29.
88. That's too young for anyone to die.
89. That's probably why I'm quiet and can't approach people.
90. But once I get to know someone I'm pretty comfortable around them usually.
91. But I suck at relationships often times because I'm not good at saying what I'm feeling.
92. I just ignore it or something.
93. I don't have such a great history with boyfriends.
94. But some of them were really nice.
95. This thing is almost done.
96. Hm let's see.
97. I played violin for a few years but then I gave up on it.
98. I tried playing guitar, but I suck at that.
